If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crown require two office visits. Your dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection.There are three types of crowns.

I trusted them because they were in-network. Then, they stole my money. They sold me something that isn't covered by Medicare and didn't tell me that it wouldn't be covered. They let me find out the hard way. They never gave me the Medicare approved quote. They say they did but what they gave me was the quote that I accepted, and then one that is even higher than what I was paying for people who don't pay for it all up front.
They lie. And, after they got full payment from me, they accepted two payments from Humana and only sent me part of one of them. They still owe me $642.50 and my appeals at Humana are in my favor but no one can get me my money back. They are going to enjoy what happens next. Trust me. They are going to wish they had just sent me my money back.

DON'T go here! I went in December 16th 2020 and have gone back a total of 5 times to "fix" what they created. I've never suffered so much pain after a fill and the dentist here DO NOT CARE! Receptionist Andrea hanged up on me after I called for a refund and asked for the dentist license. I payed 1000 for them to just mess up my teeth. I wish I had seen the reviews because now I know I am not the only one going through this pain. Please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME nor MONEY. Dentist who did my fills are Alexander Erwin and Gregory Bocash.

I have been going there for over twenty years. The staff changes a lot. I have had thousands of dollars worth of work done. Two weeks ago I showed up for a root canal and a crown. They overcharged me $830. They won't call me back. So I have filed a grievance. Delta Dental has called them and still Ashley who is the one who lied to me will not help to fix the problem. Don't spend your hard earned money here. I hate being lied to or paying for an upgrade I never asked for or wanted. Buyer Beware.

Don't bothered with this office. I went in for a dental plus orthodontist evaluation and they charged my insurance over $600 (no cleaning). When their website states $59 for X-rays, cleaning and exam. I was lied to about a gum disease and they wanted to charge me $400 for each session of deep cleaning. Just recently went to different dental office (BRIGHT NOW) and was only charged $315 for both sessions of deep cleaning and a filling. Go to BRIGHT NOW instead, best dentist in Oceanside.

I saw Dr. Judge and she said I needed my tooth pulled out and a dental implant costing thousands of dollars. Since I had no symptoms of a bad tooth, although I did have a previous root canal there, I got a second opinion. I eventually went to College Dental group, a sister practice. I got some dental work at College Dental and am looking for another dental office.
I was not happy because of the prices there too. Read my review about them to learn more, but basically, since my insurance HMO only allows me certain dentists, I thought I was stuck.but these corporate dental practices increase their rates and add extra things on the bill. I would consider going with another dental office and shopping around even if you have insurance because most insurance does not really pay for anything but cleanings and basic stuff. This South Oceanside and College Dental have unreasonable prices.

I had a really great experience here with this dental group, despite the fact that I had two root canals (YUK!);-) I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the oral surgeon that performed my work was very caring and quick with the procedure. I had very little pain and it was taken care of quickly. Dr. Carpio was extremely thorough with the explanations of the work I needed on my teeth and made sure I was comfortable with all the procedures. Wish I wasn't moving to another state - I would definitely return for all my future dental work.
