The hygienist replacing Vanessa was a bit of a disaster. I jumped several times as she would hit the wrong spot. She also put so much, think it's called, proenamel on I finally brushed my teeth so I could eat w/o tasting it. I do want to add I have recommended your office several times. Today was an isolated incident. Otherwise I am always happy with the Doctor, hygienist and staff.

First time at the office after switching from another office who misdiagnosed and mistreated multiple times. Couldn't have been more happy with all the staff. They took the time to address my concerns and explain everything they look at. Grateful I was referred to such a caring and professional office.

Great Dentistry Dr. Kastl did a great job on a very difficult and extensive back molar filling. He takes the time to completely explain the procedures and why they are needed. As close to "painless" dentistry as you can get ( comfort and price-wise!) The hygienist: Vanessa, did an amazing and thorough cleaning. She performed the best cleaning I've ever had. Pleasant, professional, comfortable office and Staff. A true "day spa" for the teeth!

I had 2 chipped front teeth. Dr. Kastl did an amazing job fixing both of them the results were phenomenal! He worked quickly and he kept me informed through the whole process as to what he was doing. He was very Happy He has a beautiful office and a happy competent staff! My family and I will be going back for all of our dental needs!

Dr Kastl was great at explaining everything to me and giving me options on different pathways of treatment. One of the coolest things about his office was that not only is everyone so friendly to the patients, but they're so friendly to each other. Everyone seems to really enjoy working here, which made my experience much better.

I have had extensive dental work and been to many different dentists. Dr. Kastl and his team are truly the best. He is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have, explains things in layman's terms, and he genuinely cares that you are comfortable and happy. Highly recommend! I made the appointment and scheduled with North Valley because they were an approved provider under my insurance with great online reviews. The office is beautiful. Vanessa and Jessica are very friendly and informative. Dr. Kastl is so sweet and genuine. He gave me a fair and honest assessment and recommendation for treatment without pressuring me into replacing everything in my entire mouth. I had an experience at another practice that was just the opposite. I'm excited to finally establish care with a dentist in the area.

I had a crown pop off and needed someone to assist with checking for damage and then re-attaching it. I left a message, received a call back from someone right away. I was offered the option to get it taken care of immediately or to schedule for the next business day. The assistance with fixing this as well as helping me understand my options made this trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. Thank you to Dr. Kastl and his staff.

The entire staff here is absolutely wonderful. I have never had a moment where I felt uncomfortable or pressured by anyone there. I have a lot of dentist anxiety, but Dr. Kastl and everyone else here make me feel safe and confident enough to have work done. Everything is done thoroughly and the entire practice seems very patient-based. I plan to remain a patient here as long as I can and I'd recommend to anyone, especially anyone who also has anxiety related to dental work.
