Truly a great practice. I just recently had my first appointment there and my dental hygienist, Jennifer, was fantastic. She is so personable and knowledgeable. It was cool to learn about the work she was doing on my teeth, and she explained it in a very engaging way. My whole family goes to this practice, and we only have positive things to say.

I have been a patient of Siegel and Dolt for 7 years and the service has always been EXCELLENT! I love my Dentist and my hygienist! The pair is an AWESOME match! I have never looked back since switching my services from a previous dentist to where I am now. I always look forward to my 6 month visits because I know the experience will be pleasant. The staff is warm and friendly and I must add I have the best hygienist in the office (Nicola Pinnock). If you want a gentle and kind hygienist---with an excellent staff and great dentists.look no further!

The entire office was fantastic. Sierra the receptionist and Nicola the dental hygienist were awesome. Made you feel right at home and very special. It was without a doubt the best dental hygiene appointment I've had in my 55 years of going to the Dennis.

My occupation has me transferring often to new locations. Because of this I've experienced many different dental offices. My experience here sticks out as a tremendous patient centered office. My assigned Hygienist, Jennifer, was particularly wonderful.

I was referred by my good friend Holly Smith who's been seeing the practice for over 20 years! (Her picture is even on the wall!) I was so happy with the referral because the dentists here are spectacular. Susan the hygienist is an absolutely delight. The team is very knowledgeable, they have the latest equipment and they make sure every visit is comfortable for the patient.

My 2 star review is for the billing team. The office was trying to schedule me for a routine teeth cleaning but I had just switched insurances and asked the billing team to reach out and confirm that bill would be covered. They reassured me multiple times that they had communicated with my insurance and verified I'd be fully covered. You can imagine my surprise when I got stuck with a $135 bill for the basic teeth cleaning.

I tried to engage with the office and work something out. Instead of working with me, they told me there was nothing they could do and threatened to send me to collections. I opted to just pay the bill. I used to recommend Siegel and Dolt to all my friends but its hard to trust them after this. Its truly such a pity but my friends and I will be taking our business elsewhere. EDIT in response to owners response below: They are trying to blame this on the insurance company.

The problem is not the insurance. I told them the exact situation beforehand and they verified with me multiple times that it was all good and then I got a surprise bill. This originally was a 2 star review, but I'm taking a star off because they're trying to pass the buck off to the insurance company.

I love this dentist. Today I had my teeth cleaned which always just leaves me with a happy mouth. Dr gold has always taken very good care of my mouth for the last seven or eight years replacing crowns doing implants when my previous Bridges failed it's been a great relationship

My family has been going to Siegel & Dolt Comprehensive Dental Care for years. We love the professional, friendly staff. They make dental visits fun. My teenage son also sees Dr. Dolt. The practice uses the latest technology for comprehensive, state-of-the-art care.

The fact that I drive over two hours to use the fantastic services at Siegel and Dolt, speaks volumes. It begins with the ease of location, expansive parking, to the reception, the care, my amazing hygienist, the doctors, every member of the staff, and their kindness, makes it all worth the drive. I am sad to see our professional dental world going the way of national chains, which is why I continue to seek out a locally owned business, such as Siegel and Dolt. They are that amazing!

What a wonderful place to have dental care. The facility is spotless, and up to date with the most current dental practices. The hygienists and doctors actually KNOW who you are, CARE about you, and take the time to do a thorough job. The staff, from the front desk until the time you check out, couldn't be kinder or more competent. My oldest child LOVES coming to the dentist, and that alone is worth more than two visits a year. We wouldn't let anyone else in the city touch our teeth! We are so happy we are a part of Siegel and Dolt.

I had gone a few years without seeing a dentist, but had an issue that had to be addressed. The entire team at Siegel & Dolt welcomed me warmly and without judgment. Dr. Chas came up with a plan to address my immediate need and also worked with me on a treatment plan to address some other areas of need. My hygienist, Susan is also awesome. If you need a dentist in the Brookhaven/Buckhead area, I highly recommend Siegel & Dolt.

Love Siegel and Dolt. Everyone there is friendly and great. Never liked going to the dentist but going here makes it more relaxing and more of incentive to keep getting my teeth cleaned. Highly recommend them for all services!

I have tried many dentists over the years and I have to say that Jennifer and Dr. Dolt are absolutely fantastic. I am always given a warm welcome and they are so personable. I would recommend them to anyone. My wife loves this Office, too.

I have been going to Siegel & Dolt for teeth cleaning 3 times a year for 7 years or so by now. This is the best dental clinic I have been to in all the 30 years I have been in USA. They have state of art diagnostic equipment and clean (spotless) and comforting patient rooms. All the staff have a big welcoming smile whenever I see them. My favorite is my provided Jennifer who is almost solely responsible for rescuing my teeth (from periodontitis) and keeping them healthy all theses years.

Apart from being an expert in her profession, she is very patient and has the best bedside manner of any healthcare provider I have encountered. I can be a difficult person when I am under the dentist's chair (like a lot of you too I suppose, LoL!) But she patiently performs prophylaxis on my teeth cajoling me to cooperate with the process in a very kind manner. She has recommended a daily tooth hygiene regimen which has kept my teeth healthy and made the prophylaxis visits almost painless. Thanks for everything Jennifer!

The Seigel & Dolt dental practice provides superior services. I have been there since 2008. They are timely, professional, and use cutting-edge technology. They also take the time to explain complex dental issues in a patient friendly manner. I routinely see Dr. Chas and Hygienist Susan, and they are the consummate professionals!

By far, the best dental practice I've ever been to.because of the people and the quality of their work. And, I've been to a lot of different providers over the years. I love Dr. Harris Siegel, Jessica (Office Administrator), and the rest of the crew and I'm truly grateful for everything they have done for me over the years. I had major dental issues when I first found them and they have helped me get my dental health back on track. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been using this practice for decades and even though we have now moved an hour and a half north of Atlanta I will continue to do so. Their office is immaculate, appointments always run on time, the staff is exceptional, and the docto are always there to explain your options.

I was referred to Siegel & Dolt by a colleague of mine who raved about their dentist. It seemed odd to me that someone would be so excited about the dentist. I mean, who actually enjoys regularly going to the dentist? It's one of those things you do because you know you should for preventive reasons, not because you want to. But then I met Jennifer and Dr. Harris (Siegel).

We had an instant connection and going to the dentist no longer feels like a chore. Don't get me wrong, I still don't like my teeth being scraped; but I look forward to spending time with Jennifer (we schedule my visits for late in the day so it doesn't mess up her schedule if we get to chatting for too long), not to mention seeing Dr. Harris and hearing what new pop song he's got stuck in his head (he couldn't stop singing Havana by Camila Cabello during the last filling he did for me). It's incredibly clear how much they care about their patients and highly doubt you could find a better dental practice.

I'm a new patient at Siegel and Dolt and couldn't have had a better experience. I saw Nicola and Dr. Dolt - they were both welcoming, warm, and made me feel at home! The entire practice was very friendly and made going to the dentist enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone!

I can't believe I am saying this, but I had the absolute best time at the dentist today! The dentist I had been using for 25 years had retired and today was my first visit at Siegel and Dolt. I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door and it continued the whole time I was there. It started off with my exceptional hygienist, Nicola.she was just so delightful and professional!

And then, Dr. Siegel was just wonderful and I felt like I was in great hands. The office has the latest equipment and I can only say that I have all of the confidence in the world that I made the right decision to be at this dental care office.

This is a beautiful dental office, the staff is professional, and the dentists are experts in painless care. Fortunately, they accept new patients and offer teeth whitening and cosmetic dentistry. If you need a dentist in Atlanta or Brookhaven, I would highly recommend Siegel and Dolt.

I absolutely love Dr. Dolt and his hygienists. They are all very personable, patient, and thorough. The office is always clean. and the wait times are minimal (if any at all). After going to them for the last 3 years, I have decided to go to another dental office because I hate surprises. I know that quoted insurance amounts for procedures are not always exact (hence the word "quote"), but it's a big problem when I'm quoted one price for a procedure but end up having to pay SEVERAL hundred dollars after the fact. It's okay to be billed 50, 60. or even 100 dollars or so. but when you tell me my balance due is 300.00 or 500.00 more than what you thought etc. that's an issue.

Not to mention, that was a normal occurrence for me. It got to the point where I was apprehensive about getting anything done at Siegel and Dolt for fear of what I'd be billed later. Between me, my husband, and son. we've forked out A LOT of money. and are still receiving bills. Word to the wise: If you go there and get any type of work done, be sure to ask billing questions beforehand and check with your insurance company prior to all major work. if not, you may get a real hefty bill that you will not not like. I'm talking car note type of bills. Gonna miss you, Dr. Dolt, Kristen, and Dina. but not Jessica and billing. #toodles

Fantastic place. Honest staff. Three generation of my family members go there. They make their own crowns in-house! Calming place where you can observe fish swim before the appointment! Also, there's a touch screen in the lobby - so cool! At the dentist office, you'll see a coffee/tea bar waiting for you. Yes! No guilt. You can actually have your coffee and drink it before your appointment.

Siegel & Dolt is a first class operation. My hygienist, Noicola, is the best.a U.S. Army veteran, a Mom to a UGA student, she is always very pleasant and a top notch professional.you won't find better. Call Seigel & Dolt for an appointment today.

This is definitely a dental practice that makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The staff has always been sincerely friendly, warm and welcoming. My hygienist, Nicola is always thorough and takes pride in her work. She takes her time, explains everything step by step and it is an overall positive experience. The quality of the service and care here is extremely high and is honestly probably as good as it gets.

The equipment are high tech and clean! Oh, and the huge aquarium is actually worth showing up early to your appointment for. It is definitely worth checking out if you're shopping around for a dentist.

First, let me say that this review is no reflection on the hygienists at the office. We see Siegel, and I have no complaints about care. The office is high tech, and there is a huge saltwater aquarium that makes the trip to the dentist almost worth it. Maybe the cost of getting a crown in one visit, plus that aquarium explains how my husband was treated.

My husband had a chipped tooth on a Friday. The office was closed, but Siegel answered the phone. Impressive right? So Siegel told my husband that there were 2 choices, come to the office right now, or wait until Tuesday. Well, husband had time so he chose the former. No brainer if you have time, right? Seemed great until, when I went for a check-up, we were hit with a charge for an after hours visit to the tune of $235.00!

At no time did Siegel mention this type of charge ( I guess the office would just consider us somewhat stupid for not anticipating such a thing). When we protested the charge on the basis that the dentist didn't mention it, we were told that"the dentists don't talk about finances". Ahem.well, they apparently have no problem using them. Their coffers must be overflowing, because they are willing to lose two clients who have been going there for at least 5 years over a charge of $235.00.

Dr. Dolt and his wonderful team created my veneers over 3 years ago and I have been extremely happy with the results! They look so natural that it is hard to convince people that they are not my teeth. It may sound crazy, but I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months. Hygienists, Susan and Nicola always do a fantastic job. Dr. Dolt recently removed my two upper wisdom teeth and it was completely painless.

I cannot thank everyone enough for making me feel at ease. Dr. Dolt always takes his time to figure out the best solution for my oral care. Having two autoimmune diseases isn't easy and it means so much to me that everyone really cares and has my best interest in mind. Thank you doesn't begin to cover how I feel. I love my smile!

It is not often that you come into a dental office and every member of the staff is sincerely pleasant and enthusiastic. I was blown away by how every person in the office took great pride in their tasks and duties. The result of this was an amazing experience that made the mundane, and often dreaded task of routine dental cleaning a very brisk and even enjoyable experience.

I hadn't gone to the dentist in a year and a half. I was a bit worried about it being a painful experience but it was very pleasant. Nicola was very pleasant and professional. I got useful information on how to maintain my teeth better and felt very comfortable using them.
