I have been coming to the practice since 1996 when I had my first dental implants. No other dental office could have given me the out come that I ended up with. They were way above there time and still are today. I still have all the implants that I had then and no problems with any of them. Dr. Salama is the Einstein of dentistry and a perfectionist on top of that. They will make you smile!

In all the years! 34 years! Going to various dentist. Finally found a dentist and hygienist that's are amazing and l now look forward to dentist appointments. Dr. Paranhos is absolutely wonderful and Yemia is a fantastic hygienist! They are both very patient, very professional and very thorough in their work.

I have been going to Goldstein, Garber, and Salama for around 10 years now and their professionalism and technology is impressive. From their administration Ali, Lynn and Phoebe to an excellent hygienist, Amy. Lately, the last appointment I had for gum surgery for six teeth was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. This is because Lori made sure I was comfortable before and after my surgery and Dr. Salama was very efficient and made me feel comfortable. If I would have known it was this easy I would have had it done a long time ago. I appreciate you all! Sally

I must share. I usually hate writing reviews.but, it would be a disservice to those who are looking for high-quality, compassionate, experts in their field, team driven, will ask you how are you doing instead of just getting in to the procedure and process.take time to answer all your questions.believe me I'm an RN Operating Room Nurse of over 40 years so trust me when I tell you.
I have questions and they truly make sure you are getting those questions answered without you feeling like you're rushed. I could go on.however. I will just say.they certainly have the expertise, the beautiful sanitized individual exam and procedure rooms, amazing views of the city, beautiful front office and very genuine personable team members.if you don't have excellent customer service to go hand in hand with those incredible services. I wouldn't be there.

Amy, my dental hygienist at Goldstein, Garber, & Salama, is the best! I was fortunate enough to have her become part of my dental care many years ago when Dr. Salama performed outstanding surgery for me. I know my teeth are in great shape today because of her excellent care, and the phenomenal results I had from Dr. Salama years ago.

Angie & Dr. Paranhos are the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER and I really cannot say enough about my experience with them both. This practice uses some amazing top notch technology. My teeth were actually white after I got them whitened. This is a great practice so far, I feel truly genuinely cared for. The office space is lovely, staff is super professional, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Parking is FREE! Thank you GG&S.

Several years back a small-town dentist caused some issues for my wife and when we needed the highest level of dental care to help mitigate the damage. When I asked my Chicago dentist if anyone in Atlanta can provide us with the highest level of care, he sent us to Dr. Goldstein at Goldstein Garber & Salama. We were extremely impressed with the quality of care we got there (not necessarily the customer service, but the intelligence and knowledge).
They explained things very well, exhibiting a deep understanding of the topic. They used superior methods and materials, and showed us the difference so that it wasn't just baseless promises. It was a bit expensive, but frankly nothing is more expensive than poor dental care. We wish we had used them from the beginning. And, since we left Georgia, we've had difficulty in finding a practice as competent as this one.

Worst most incompetent practice in Georgia. These dentists are arrogant, overpriced and have no idea what they are doing. My implants were placed incorrectly, extraction, tissue and bone grafts done same day as implant. This was a total waste of a very hard earned $45,000. A lot of hype and no skill. Other dentists I have seen were shocked and appalled by their work

I moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta and my former periodontist, highly recommended this group. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist was named Yemia. She was incredible and would not ever want to go to anyone else. She felt that she needed to call Dr. Silva, since I grind my teeth and had mobile teeth. He was also amazing. I knew, my previous Dr. sent me to the right place. I felt in good hands with this practice. Only positive things to say. Dawn

This is probably the premier dental practice in Atlanta, maybe in the Southeast. They are one of the most technologically advanced places you can go to, so whatever the newest and best practices are, they're doing it. They also take a detailed interest in your dental health. It isn't really just go in for a cleaning or a cavity or whatever, they do all kinds of things to monitor changes that could lead to something.
That having been said, they aren't cheap. I'm not sure what other dentists are charging but I'm guessing these guys are at the top end of not past it. They don't deal with insurance directly either as far as I can tell, so while you're welcome to submit your claim to your dental insurance yourself and they will provide you with the print outs to do that, I usually find myself lucky if my insurance plan covers even 1/3 of their charges because they are generally at least double what is considered a "reasonable and customary charge". There's an extent to which you get what you pay for though and since you only have one body and one set of teeth, there's something to be said for going to the very best, particularly when going to someone who might be inferior can waste your time and money by having to redo procedures that weren't done right in the first place, and who wants to have to sit through more dental work?
My guess is that a lot of the people in Atlanta with a lot of money probably go here, I've seen some of the city's biggest big shots there but I won't name names, I'll leave that to your imagination. So that tells you something which is when money is no object, you get the best. As I say, I'm not fan of how expensive they are, that's the only drawback I see, but that's the price of getting top notch treatment.
