We love our job! We love meeting people in the community and taking care of their health. While we think everyone should love coming here like we do, we know that most people don't enjoy going to the dentist. We get it. This is a good place to get your dental work done. They are prompt, clean, transparent with the work that needs to be done, and are great with kids.

Dr. K. earned her bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Goucher College before pursuing her dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After a few years living in California after graduation, Dr. K. returned to Massachusetts and settled in Amherst in 1996. A year later, she opened Triangle Family Dental.
As a practice, we are always considering the ways in which our patients can feel more relaxed, comfortable and at ease during dental appointments. You can look good and have a healthy smile. Most people who are unhappy with the appearance of their teeth do not realize the numerous ways cosmetic dentistry can heal a smile. Cosmetic dentistry can correct crooked teeth; spaces between your teeth; stained or discolored teeth; chipped, broken, or missing teeth; and, "gummy" smiles.
We have compassion towards patient's in pain. If you are having a dental emergency, call us at (413) 549-6270 and we'll take care of you. We strive to treat dental emergencies on a same day basis. Our office understands that unexpected dental emergencies occur. We reserve time on our schedule to meet the demands that tooth pain or discomfort can create.

I called first thing in the morning with a painful dental emergency. Not only was I greeted by a calm, understanding office manager, she was more than happy to help fit me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by name in a relaxed waiting room where I felt totally at ease. Despite my discomfort, the entire visit was calming, and I was pleasantly surprised by how upfront the entire staff was with cost and getting permission for the different procedures they recommended. Dr. K was able to fully resolve my pain in one visit, and will definitely be back for my regular dental needs!

I have been going to Triangle Family Dental since it first opened about 20 years ago. In that first visit, Dr. K. crowned my two front teeth. I still have these crowns, and her work has been complimented by every other dentist I have been to over the years, when life has taken me out of Western Mass. So not only do I know that she performs respectable dental work, but on a personal level, Dr. K and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that the experience at Triangle Family Dental is like no other.
Every detail from the complimentary coffee, wifi, and menu of spa offerings when you walk in, to the lengths they go through to make children comfortable show how much care and compassion they have for their patients. One thing I have always appreciated, is that everyone takes the time to show and explain what they're doing, answer questions, and never make us feel rushed.
My 11 and 7 year old boys LOVE to go to the dentist and ask when they get to go back! It may have something to do with that well stocked treasure basket, but I can honestly say that it is mostly because they trust Dr. K, and they enjoy the special attention that they get as soon as they walk into her warm and inviting office. Going to Triangle Family Dental has been a positive experience for my whole family and I highly recommend this practice.

Went to Triangle Family Dental once in an emergency situation. I had chipped my tooth and they put a filling and replaced it last minute, even though I wasn't a patient of theirs. It was very quick and they were very friendly. I'm not a huge fan of the dentist and had what I felt to be a poor experience last time I had a cleaning after they fixed my tooth and gave a low review.
Well that was years ago and I completely forgot. I called because my filling came out and they told me I could come in that morning. They treated me respectfully and did a wonderful job fixing my smile. I was reminded at the end of my visit about my previously poor review. The fact that they still agreed to help me and they offer so many unique services (check out their website) definitely changed my opinion. Thank you to everyone that helped me today!

Friendly and welcoming staff. It was apparent that the staff took great care in making sure that all my needs were met, from the front desk, to the dental work, to the check out. My first appointment was a new patient exam with x-rays and a cleaning. I've never felt more informed as a patient than during that time. I am thankful to Dr. K because she later greatly improved my smile! Best dental experience of my life - I look forward to future visits. I highly recommend this dental office to others.
