This is the greatest dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Rosen and her staff are all so personable, kind, patient and skillful. The office manager is always so friendly when I call and come in. The office is clean and relaxing with cool artwork hanging. I live over an hour away now and would never switch. Thank you for your amazing skills! I can't wait to come back for another cleaning and exam!

Dr Rosen is always very professional And stays current with the most up-to-date dental science. You always feel like you're getting individualized care. Her staff is friendly, Attentive and accommodating. I've been going to her for years and they always make time to work around my busy schedule.

I had a horrible experience with a dentist and decided to visit Dr. Rosen after a recommendation. She treated me with care and was prompt for my appointment. She assessed my cavities and filled one that needed immediate attention. She did not push me to do anything and even explained that we should monitor the other cavities for now. This is in line with another review written about her.

The entire procedure was seamless and painless. I did not even feel the shot (seriously). Her staff are very friendly and pleasant. I felt like I've been going there for years yet it was only my first visit at this office. I will not be going anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Rosen for restoring my faith after a horrible experience with someone else.

The friendliest and most caring staff I've encountered in a medical office. I travel from Brooklyn to see them, despite having many other choices locally. They are prompt, professional, and are more like visiting with family everytime I go. Dr. Rosen is knowledgeable and offers a number of solutions when treating patients to ensure best care practices. Love the whole team! And I love going to the Dentist!

I LOVE going to this Dental office! I highly recommend Dr. Nancy Rosen. Not only does she have the most professional staff but she makes everyone extremely comfortable. Especially during COVID, Dr. Rosen Keeps a clean organized Covid friendly atmosphere. Dr. Nancy is by far the most selfless professional, always ready willing and able at any time. I've been a patient of Dr. Rosen's for 20 years for one reason: she and her team are PHENOMENAL. I receive high quality care by the most competent, warmest, professional team one could hope for between Dr. Rosen, Laurie and Natalie. They always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and SAFE, which I especially value during these uncertain times of Covid.

I loved Dr. Rosen so much I recommended her to my husband who has also been seeing her for over a decade. I can't say enough positive things about everyone in her office. It's such a pleasure to go in and I look forward to my visits. Highly recommend!

Great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Rosen and her staff really care about the patients comfort and safety. All the necessary precautions have been put into place. Everyone on staff was so friendly and nice. The office is very personable and relaxing. Dr. Rosen makes you feel comfortable by explaining everything clearly and performs the procedures painlessly. What I thought was most impressive is that she keeps in touch with you after a visit to make sure you are feeling well and answers any questions.

Our daughter was there for a cleaning. 25 minutes in and out. $450 bill. Then harassed her for payment when she tried to dispute charges. So she paid. Had insurance company contact and they refused to submit a claim so we could be reimbursed. Rude. Fraudulent. Our insurance company, where they are in network provider, contacted them and they were rude and continued to refuse to file a claim. We will be filing grievance with insurance, BBB and ADA. Beware.

Been going to see her for three years now, her staff is quick and efficient they do a good job cleaning. Best of all - she's super trustworthy - have had negative experiences with Dentists being super aggressive about fillings, she's one to let things "wait and see" which seems to be the right approach vs. "drill baby drill". Overall good experience, direct and competent, what more could you ask for!

I really love Dr Rosen and her practice! They run super on time and have 8AM pre-work appts! Her receptionist is the best and is so helpful with insurance paperwork. Her dental hygienists are gentle and thorough! And if you need a referral for additional work, they will call and get you and your files in ASAP!

Once you get past the receptionist and the full time higenist, it goes down hill fast. Nancy Rosen is the most unfriendly, rude and unpleasant person you could ever meet. Talk about no bed side manor. She barely spends half a minute with you.and explains NOTHING.So disappointing and unprofessional.like she can't be bothered. She should never have chosen a customer service profession.

She is clearly NOT suited for it. The young partime hygienist is her clone, just as awful and unpleasant. Rosen's clientele must be based on friends and family.gotta be! There are plenty of GREAT dentists in NYC, I would recommend passing on NANCY ROSEN dds.

Dr. Rosen is caring, professional and conservative in her approach. She is a serious professional and very kind, too. Her office staff is fantastic. I actually look forward to going to the dentist (did this scaredy-cat really write that? Yes!). She works gently, painlessly and quickly - but not fast as if she were a rush. I have never felt rushed. I've also had my teeth bleached there and the process was actually calming - and my teeth came out camera-ready white.

Worth it! Most importantly, through the years I have it found very easy to consult with Dr. Rosen on some serious tooth issues and I'm glad to say her approach is conservative. She is not one to do work for the sake of doing work. I no longer work in Manhattan, yet I still make the trip into the city because I have so much confidence in her -- and her staff always makes it a pleasure to be there.

Dr. Rosen and her staff are all excellent professionals. Not sure what the deal with the gripes below is, as I've had extensive work done there and she's always been excellent. True, her 'bedside manner' may not be overtly rosy, but honestly, she gets the job done better than any dentist I've had, other than one who was a saint and family friend (and their care is about the same, truthfully).

Her referrals for an endodentist were also excellent. She saw me last minute for pain related to an existing root canal as well. Highly, highly recommended. She was referred to me by one of the most discerning women I know.

I have spent many days in a dentist's chair. Growing up, I wore braces for 7 years, and I have family friends who are dentists. But I have never been to a dentist as unprofessional, careless, and cold as Dr. Rosen. I loved my smile when I began seeing her, and left her chair feeling insecure about my teeth.

I went to Dr. Rosen b/c I really needed to see a dentist and I had read good reviews of her on Yelp, but I was underwhlemed and I wouldn't recommend her to others. She didn't do the cleaning herself, one of the hygenists did it and it really wasn't done thoroughly at all. I also wasn't happy that we spent less than 5 minutes face to face even though it didn't seem like the office was busy.

I thought the atmosphere was a little to cutesy and borderline unprofessional. Everything was pink which was okay, (that's the cutesy part) but then there were magazine articles that she was consulted for just plastering he walls. Some of the magazines covers were like Cosmo and I was forced to stare at '101 thing to do to his penis' while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Really?! No need for that in a patient care space.

Excellent and caring dentist; great dental hygeniest; non-flashy and pleasant atmosphere.

My husband has been going to her for 10 years - standard fillings and cleaning, removed molars and fixed a chipped tooth. In addition to being a professional and great at her job, she also knows how to make you feel comfortable. We would've kept going to her but she doesnt accept our new insurance. We're actually having a hard time finding a replacement.
