Lori brings 11 years of management experience in the dental field to Dr. Lordo's office. Lori enjoys the various projects she gets to work on and loves watching the transformation of patient experience from start to finish. Together Lori and her husband have 4 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 dogs. In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time outdoors, riding motorcycles with her husband and family life.

Exceptional, consistent, experiences. The work is prideful and thorough, and their customer service is second to none. This team sets the bar high for their competition. Like, absurdly high. I've never been a big fan of dental appointments, but I can not express enough, how comfortable my experiences have been since switching to Dr Lordo's. It is abundantly clear the entire team works hard to create an exceptional client experience. I am so happy to have found this practice. Going to the dentist is so much less stressful now.

I had an accident working in my garage at 12:30pm on a Saturday. One tooth was broken, three chipped and three loose. I called Dr Lordo assuming that I would see him on the next business day. Nope! This isn't how he does business. He and his wife ( who is a dental assistant) dropped everything they were doing and drove an hour into the office just to take care off me.

His office manager zoomed in to take care of the administrative work as well. He also insisted I go to the ER for stitches too. I still feel and look like I got hit by a truck, but I don't have to worry about anything accept healing. This is an example of how Dr Lordo and his team do business ALL THE TIME!

I was scheduling an appointment for a cleaning and was asked for insurance 3 times! I was not notified by this dentistry team that I was not in network til after treatment and billing to check out. I asked front desk and no one had a explanation or would admit it was a miss. So they just bill out of pocket then advertise in house insurance to back up your own in the future. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning due to the lack of communication and no accountability.

Been my dentist now for 7 years and I'm sad I have to find another since I'm moving out of state. Dr. Lordo is soft spoken, gentle, and completely distracts you from any nervousness you may feel about being at the dentist. Office is clean and staff is friendly.

I liked everyone here except for the lady in billing is not friendly at all. I mean, she is so unfriendly that despite everyone else being incredibly pleasant, I wont be returning. It's an absolute shame that they cannot find someone nicer to interact with patients about billing. You can't have a person that is in a bad/snippy mood representing such a professional place of business.

He is the most incredibly creative, caring, gentle, resourceful, leading-edge expert dentists I've ever known. But that wouldn't quite express how much our family really appreciates him. You see, he is more that just the guy who's: - installed or maintained 4 bridges - 15+ crowns. - removed tar from my daughters front tooth - fixed horrendous split teeth - given me your personal pager # for emergencies or questions - and tolerated my genetically inferior root system and cavity prone mouth! (don't think I have many natural teeth left? LOL!) Tony is the ROCK STAR of dentists! Seriously. We are so glad to have him among our short list of professionals who exceed our expectations.
