I have been fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Stein's for over 25 years. He is phenomenal! Not only is he an exceptionally talented prosthodontist and leader in the field, but he also understands patient anxiety. He fits me in no matter how busy his schedule and always provides great peace of mind. I know I am in the best hands with Jim Stein and trust his judgement entirely. He is a true expert and wonderful person!

Dr. Stein is a phenomenal dentist, a standout in his field of expertise. His technical skills are superb and he exudes a level of confidence in his patients, so important for peace of mind. Unfortunately I've had many, many years of dental issues and consequently several different practitioners but Dr. Stein exceeded all expectations. From a technical perspective he did an amazing job and I now have a bridge that has improved my quality-of-life considerably.
But just as importantly, Dr. Stein's chair side manner is wonderful. I'm not the most relaxed patient given my history but Dr Stein put me at ease letting me know he had the capability to address my complicated situation and was so positive throughout my procedures that I lost all apprehension. I highly recommend Dr. Stein, you couldn't be in better hands!

My second visit with Dr. Stein. He is very professional and warm and does such a wonderful job, however his receptionist is maybe one of the rudest people I have every met in my entire life. In one visit this woman made me cry not once but twice! Told to wait outside to be called for my appointment but if I had any questions to pop back in. I waited for a while so went back into the reception area to simply ask where the restrooms were.
She kept continuously cutting me off saying " I thought I told you to wait outside" I explained I was looking for a restroom she didn't acknowledge my question and kept repeating "go outside until you are called" I asked her why she was being so rude to me and she just repeated to tell me "go outside". I was in floods of tears and a client leaving Dr. Steins office actually had to console me. Heather came out to greet me for my appointment she apologized for behavior and said that it should not have happened. (Thank you Heather) I had my visit came out to pay the receptionist expecting an apology she said absolutely nothing except "it's $$$$ for today".
I handed my credit card she swiped it and she tossed it back up on the counter at me through the plexiglass! I asked her after she handed me a receipt if she was going to apologize for earlier and her tone got even ruder. " Excuse me? For what?!" I said for being so rude to me. She told me that she " didn't know what my problem was" and that she "wasn't dealing " with me.
She also tried to tell me that I was invaded another clients privacy when all I did was enter the RECEPTION and ask where the restrooms were. I told her that she's didn't need to ruin my day because she was having a terrible one and she pulled down her task mask and leaned over her desk and slowly with a snare told me to " HAVE A NIIIIIIIIICE DAYYYYYY!" Pulled her mask back up and walked away.
I left walking to my car crying all over again. Dentist visits are stressful as it is and extremely expensive, the least you would expect would be to be greeted my someone on a reception desk that has a basic manners skill set. I am still so upset. I have spent thousands of dollars with Dr. Stein in the last few years as has my partner and I don't know if I would actually ever go back now for fear of being met by the same woman on the desk as I met today and leaving crying and disrespected. It really is such a shame because Dr. Stein is so wonderful and warm and a FANTASTIC dentist

Dr. James Stein is a world-class dentist. I was referred to him years ago by a renowned periodontist because my mouth's challenges require the expertise of a highly trained, innovative and meticulous professional. For nearly three decades, Dr. Stein has provided me and my family with superior care. The emergency temporary bonding that he did on my high school daughter's badly chipped front tooth lasted for eleven years.
Her dentist in Maryland, where she now lives, was impressed with Dr. Stein's 'temporary' treatment as well as with his superbly crafted veneers. Dr. Stein has also transformed my dysfunctional bite and teeth. My mouth is healthy, and I am proud of my beautiful smile. If you want the best dentist become his patient.

Dr. Stein is wonderful! His dental restoration work is impeccable and his aesthetic sense is amazing. He's a true artist restoring the four front teeth that I damaged in a bike accident back to a natural and lovely smile. In addition, he exhibited genuine concern for my well-being and comfort ensuring that I did not experience any discomfort during or after my procedures.

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but Dr. Brett Stein made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. At the beginning of my appointment, we discussed the treatment plan and he reassured me that I would be comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He wasn't wrong - he was so gentle with my cleaning and fillings that I forgot I was even at a dentist's office! I will definitely be going to Dr. Stein for all of my future dental needs.

I first saw Dr. Brett Stein a few years ago for a dental emergency-he was extremely calm and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease during what could have been a stressful experience. Since then, I have been back to the office regularly for cleanings and check-ups, and it's always been a great experience. I trust the Stein Esthetics team completely and highly recommend them for high quality dental care.
