Exceptional! Let me mention first, Nina and Lara -they are the most loveliest and will greet you at reception. Next is Michel, when she first became my hygienist -she informed/explained to me all about dental health. I came to her with gingivitis and she did a deep cleaning that helped get rid of the gum disease before it progressed any further. She now does my routine cleaning.

I am genuinely impressed with how clean my teeth feel and how nice they look every time I get up from her chair. You will love meeting her and she makes teeth cleaning cool, WTH? And Dr. Luis is an excellent dentist. He is attentive, great with his patients, and did a wonderful job on my X-Rays and fillings. Both Michel and Dr. Luis are knowledgeable professionals who take pride in their dental work and it shows. I know my teeth are getting the best care and I'm so grateful to have found such a special dental office here in Boston -it's been life changing.

I have been to a handful of dentists in Boston and Cambridge and Beacon Hill Dental Associates is by far the best office around! This dental office feels like you are stepping into a friend's home. Everyone from the administrative assistants to the hygienists and the DDS/DMDs are very personable and seem happy to help you with appointments, proper hygiene techniques, and more. I highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Beacon Hill Dental for 5+ years. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. Most recently I had a tooth ache over the holiday and emailed on a weekend day. I received a quick response getting me in for a morning appointment the first day they reopened after the holiday weekend. I have recommended Beacon Hill Dental to many friends and coworkers because of my positive experiences.

Dr. Del Castillo just solved and fixed my aching tooth issue again! I have seen him for many years and I always leave happier and impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. The entire practice is friendly, professional and warm. And during COVID especially, the safety measures and precautions are upheld to the HIGHEST standards. I can not recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Del Castillo is outstanding! He uses the latest technology and has the latest newest equipment in his practice! His work is always superb! I have been seeing Drs Del Castillo and their team for several years. They and all staff members are excellent. As clinicians, the dentists are outstanding, accessible, explain options well and clearly. The entire team of hygienists and office staff is friendly, helpful, and wonderful to deal with. Another plus, is that parking on Beacon Street near their office is always easy.

Second visit to Beacon Hill Dental Associates. The staff is super friendly and professional. Michel is a seasoned hygienist. I am very impressed with her knowledge and how passionate she still is about her job. Indeed, now a days, is very hard to find people who love what they do after 25 years of service. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee Dr. Del Castillo and Dr. Gonzales will make you always feel a patient and not a customer like the other dental practices I've have been.

This dental office is amazing! I was treated by Dr. Castillo and found him to be knowledgeable, kind, and very thorough. My previous dentist had suggested I prepare to get a crown for a chipped tooth, but as the damage to the tooth didn't seem to warrant such drastic measures, I decided to get a second opinion. I love that Beacon Hill Dental takes a conservative approach to dentistry, and Dr. Castillo told me it's best in most cases to keep as much of the original tooth as possible.

As such, he suggested my tooth would merely need a filling, so he ended up fixing the temporary filling my previous dentist put in. My previous dentist had left a huge gap between the neighboring tooth which had been causing me pain during meals as food would get stuck and push into the gum. Dr. Castillo fixed that problem too. I am so thrilled I found Beacon Hill Dental and couldn't be happier with the work Dr. Castillo did. If you're looking for a professional and knowledgeable dental office who cares about the health of your teeth, make an appointment here. They are simply amazing!

Every part of the process is great about Beacon Hill Dental Associates. 1.) Scheduling an appointment is easy - you can always make it through the phone (some places never pick up or you have to go through a. long menu) and they also promptly respond to email (for people who hate the phone or work in an open office environment). 2.) Walking into the office is great. Nina always has the best energy in greeting you. Waiting room is comfortable.

You don't feel like you're in a dentist office, but rather just someone's (really) nice living room. 3.) Hygienists are great. Cleaning is prompt and thorough. I have Kate(sp?) and it's always a pleasure to see her. She is able to offer great advice without sounding like she is scolding me (c'mon we all get annoyed about being scolded at the dentist office).

Haven't had to get any work done by the dentists yet (knock on wood), so I cannot comment on this, but I have so far thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Beacon Hill Dental Associates!

Beacon Hill Dental is the best! Take it from someone who was always afraid of the dentist! Not now :) Michelle is so welcoming and eases all my anxiety of the dentist. She is so fun too! From the massage chair, to Nina at the desk (so friendly) to the chapstick. they make it enjoyable. The Drs. are great too, have had to have minor procedures. done and was very impressed with the work.

They are also very flexible with making appointments which is always nice and very helpful working with your insurance companies (thanks Nina!)) Now my whole office goes to the office and they all love it too!

This is such a lovely dental office. I have had several appointments and never have to wait to be seen. The staff is so friendly and has remembered details from our casual conversation months earlier. I makes me feel so welcome and cared for. The providers have also been very transparent about my treatment and costs, which is very refreshing. Visit this office and see for yourself, you won't regret it.
