I love my dentist. I am afraid of needles and I told them that. I had some work done and it was fast and I didn't feel a thing. The staff is wonderful and the dentist is great.

Do yourself a favor and book the appointment. I had a great experience at Brush and Floss! They walked me through everything that was happening, made sure I wasn't in an ounce of pain or uncomfortable at any time! Very happy!

I scheduled an appointment this past June for Tuesday, December 29th at 10:00 am during my last appointment. When I showed up to the office, the door was locked and no one was there. I called the phone number in front of the office and a woman picked up and told me it was not possible that an appointment had been scheduled for this date since the office had been closed all week and the doctor knew for months.

She didn't even bother to check. I have an email with this scheduled appointment which I've provided in this review. This was a huge inconvenience, especially as a new mom who had to make sure my baby could be with someone so I could make this appointment. No one contacted me to let me know the location would be closed or to reschedule.

Horrible.no stars. I have never been in as much pain as I was after the root canal I had at this dental practice. I wanted to like Brush & Floss, they were perfectly nice (except the fact that the dentist never even told me his name), and accommodating. But ultimately it came down to the quality of the care I received, poor post-procedure instructions, and a dentist who did not seem to have confidence in his assessment of my case. I'm still in pain after my last visit on Monday. I've decided to transfer my care to another dental practice.

My experience here really blew me away, they treated me like family and made me feel comfortable and you can tell they genuinely care about you're teeth and I felt like I mattered. It was a warm office and very neat. Overall it was the best experience I've had and they genuinely care about your teeth & your overall well-being. The office is super trendy & organized & it def did not feel like I was at the dental office, which really helped ease my anxiety. Overall, it was the best experience I've had & I recommend everyone to try it

I honestly have not gone to the dentist in years. This place does not feel like a dentist office. The atmosphere was so zen and chill. I would of rated it 10 stars if I had the option to. This place is very professional. I deff will be going back, and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist. The woman who cleaned my teeth was so Great! From providing information to the cleaning and Ect. The Dentist was super nice and gave great tips on how to keep up a great smile! Loved it

I was extremely nervous going to the dentist and embarrassed. Brush and floss made me feel comfortable and confident. It was the best dentist experience I have ever had. I even booked my husband an appointment and my co worker just booked hers. Trust the process!

Called and asked if they can treat my son who is in a wheelchair and they called right away and advised me that it was no problem. At the appointment time I was greeted by the doctor and his assistant. They were super respectful and kind. Office is very clean and you must wear a mask. Excellent service and great attitudes. I am very pleased with their work.

Would highly recommend this office. They made sure that my son was comfortable and did an excellent job. The furniture is beautiful and it was just a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being so kind to my son.

So glad to have my dentist only 5 minutes away walking! They are very COVID safe (requiring appointments/no walk-ins and only having one patient in the office) and make the check ups so easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist!

I highly highly recommend scheduling with Brush and Floss. I had issues with my previous dentist and was recommended Brush and Floss services by a friend and I could not be more satisfied with their work. They are extremely kind and efficient! The office has a very calming vibe, as well as the employees. My root canal and following appointments went so smoothly.

I am impressed and very grateful for their work. Will definitely only be scheduling with them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone in need of a great dentist. Thanks again

Stay away from this nutjob! She did a terrible job with my teeth (two crowns replaced since going to her and counting!) and then had the audacity to ask me to pay more months afterwards since they no longer took the insurance. Her staff is rude, and one of them asked me for my phone number while I was waiting in the chair. Terrible dentistry, terrible customer service, come here if you like to suffer.
