The entire process was as smooth and please=ant as could be. As a new patient, I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. A diagnosis was confirmed, and procedures began immediately with excellent results. The Dr. and her assistant worked seamlessly and professionally. I actually look forward to the next appointment which was made.

Worst dentist experience to date. The dental assistant starts by telling me that the dentist left for the day and that I should come back in a couple day. yeah not happening. Never been to a dentist that has no dentist available then tries to make me come back. Now for the worst part. I confirmed with them ahead of time that they take delta dental.

The lady at the front desk told me I was all set. I told the dental assistant that I didn't want anything done that wasn't covered as I only wanted a cleaning. Sure enough I am walking out and the lady at front desk says they will send me a bill if something is not covered (umm what?). Sure enough I get a bill for $125 that "isn't covered". Reached out to me because of this review to say that the bill was an error and that I owe nothing. The lady was very nice so I give them credit for reaching out right away.

I love my dentist. Who can say that?! This dental practice is incredibly professional yet personal at the same time. Here, you're not just another patient or chart number. You are a familiar face. They know you by name not just when you come in for an appointment but also when I call, they remember my info and what work I'm getting done or is coming up.

During each appointment, they are friendly, professional, gentle when cleaning (I've had other dentists rip my mouth apart during cleanings). I also had Invisalign done here. I love the way my teeth came out and have such a nice straight and white smile now

Misdiagnosed and upgcharged, not happy with my visits there. Nice people though not what I'm looking for with my dentist.

I would give 10 stars if possible! This is the best dental care office that I could ever imagine. Last Thanksgiving, I announced at the dinner table that I was grateful for an excellent Hygienist and Dentist. I look forward to my visits and have never experienced discomfort during cleaning or procedures. There is no better dental care provider that I could ever imagine!

Been coming here for years and they are awesome! The facilities are clean and nice, people are really friendly. I've had fillings, cleanings and crowns done and it's been great. Love Dr. Kraft and the Team!

Dr. Osofsky at Kraft & Schrott Dental Associates was recommended to me by a colleague - fantastic experience at my first appointment. The staff were very kind, thorough, clear communicators. Dr. Osofsky was had a wonderful 'bedside' manner, very easy to talk to, and explained everything so well. I felt very comfortable and in good hands with their staff. Frankly, looking forward to my next appt. They made it painless on multiple fronts.

Was in so much pain for 2 days due to a broken tooth. I called so many dentists on July 4th for assistance, including my own, and of course offices were closed. This practice called me as soon as they opened the next day and was able to squeeze me in that afternoon. Staff was so courteous and prompt. They were not able to provide the root canal service I needed but called two other practices to get me an appt as soon as possible.

They referred me to a specialist close by that could treat me in the next hour. The specialist was awesome and treated my pain so well. Root canal performed was excellent and pain was gone! I decided to transfer my business from my current dentist to this practice based on this experience!

I'm currently on a national tour playing with an artist and started experiencing acute pain in a tooth en route to Boston. I did a bit of research, found Dr. Kraft's office and booked a last-minute appointment. Their staff was incredibly courteous and their expertise was seemingly unbound. They explained the procedure to me, had me in and out in less than an hour and forwarded assets from the visit to my regular dentist in Seattle. Can't recommend highly enough!

My dental cleaning was very professional and precise. Had no waiting time and a lot of good tips for my dental hygiene, e.g. how to floss best and how to use whitening tooth paste correctly. Very helpful and friendly.

I went for a consulting with Dr. Schrot. She seemed very professional. Tiffany at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions.

I was told to go here from someone at work so I assumed it was covered under my insurance. That's my mistake for not checking before. I went for a cleaning and was told I needed a small filling (also tried to sell me on whitening and straightening), then was billed close to $700 for the filling. They said they actually did 3 filings (why wasn't I told it would be this extensive before?), including redoing a filling (I went initially to the office with no pain, no complaints, just for a cleaning).

I had pain after the fillings and figured that soreness was usual. Well now I have a lot of pain and find it is really bad when I run. Clearly they did not redo the filling well. I will be going somewhere else to have my filling fixed as I do not trust this place.

Awesome! I've been a patient of Dr. Kraft and Associates for more than 15 years. A co-worker referred him to me and I'm eternally grateful that she did! Many years ago, I had a dentist who never gave me enough novacaine and I was always felt pain whenever he had to use the drill. It traumatized me. I never feel any pain with Dr. Kraft. He always takes care to ensure my comfort.

He is calm, friendly, and kind. The quality of his dental work is exceptional. The hygienists, techs, and front desk staff are all so welcoming and competent. I give them all my highest recommendation!

The best! I started seeing Dr Kraft a few years ago at my boyfriend's recommendation and have always been impressed by his expertise and ability to make patients feel comfortable (I had a lifelong fear of the dentist's office prior to coming here). I live in California now, but recently got in touch with Dr. Kraft's office to get some cosmetic work done.

The office was super organized and made sure I would be able to fit everything in on my next visit back to Boston. Last week I got six veneers with Dr. Sharon Schrott, and I can't express how happy I was with the experience. My teeth look amazing and she was informative and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout each visit. Everyone at this office- from the doctors, to the wonderful ladies at the front desk, to the skilled hygeniests and techs, are SO SO nice and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough.

Moved to the area a few years ago and got lazy about finding a new dentist. I had gone every 6 months for virtually my entire life. I walked by this place on the way to work every day for a year, saw they had excellent reviews, and decided to try them out. The first appointment they could give me was a good 3 months out, which to me is a good sign - a good business is a busy business.

They were terrific about calling me when someone cancelled though and I got in there by the end of the week. They're in a good location, easy to the t, lots of parking meters around, and they have a few spots in the building garage for patient use first come first serve. Had to do the usual paperwork, and they quickly verified my insurance for me. Lisa was my hygienist, who was great and did a very good job.

I was seen by Dr. Osofsky, who was very friendly & professional. She took the time to take me through my x-rays, and even take some close up photos of my teeth and show me what was happening and what I needed to get done. They quickly and easily scheduled my 6 month cleaning and an appointment for some minor work, and they send reminders via text message. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dentist in Boston.

I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. Can I give 6 stars? I've been a patient at Dr. Kraft & Associates for about 2 years now. I'm one of the few people who actually enjoys dentist visits in general, but these guys love what they do and it makes me love going to the dentist even more. From the staff at the front desk, to the hygenists and dentists, everyone is extremely pleasant and excited to see you and help you!

I've just had the absolute best experience at this office. The staff is sooo lovely: the front desk is great, the dental assistants are stellar (Tiffany!) and Dr. Osofsky is truly as good as it gets, without exaggeration. She is the only Dentist I have actually looked forward to seeing! She and the staff are patient, professional, caring, informative and just great people. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone.
