Frisco's Dentists

I have been with Dr. Beatty and his staff since moving to Frisco three years ago from a friends recommendation. It is important that I have a cleaning every three months and my hygienist is very thorough, professional and kind. The front office is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Beatty is very thorough. I wouldn't change dentist for any reason.

Have been with Dr. Neal for years now and won't go anywhere else. He and his staff are top notch and go above and beyond to work with their patients for appointment times and treatments. Dr. Neal worked hard to save me money with a cosmetic tooth issue and fixed my problem with a chipped tooth for next to nothing out of pocket. Someone else wanted to charge me an amount that had me convinced I had to just live with it.

Dr Beatty is a wonderful dentist. He takes his time explaining things. His work is excellent. I believe he truly loves what he does and it shows through his kind mannerism. I have finally found a great dentist. Staff is wonderful as well.

Dr Neal and his staff are wonderful. They don't do anything that is not necessary, unlike other dentists in Frisco or Plano. The quality of care is great: I have now been going for 8 years and they took great care of my teeth. Office is modern, staff is very friendly and competent. I trust them 100%. Highly recommended.

We've been to see Dr. Beatty every six months for at least ten years. He is a very friendly dentist, fun to talk to, and has taken a real interest in my family's dental health. We're a large family (nine people), and the office allows us all to come occupy their clinic for an entire morning. Judy in the front office is wonderful! She and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly. We love coming here!

I have been going to Dr. Neal for over 5 years. He is extremely proficient and knowledgeable. Explains all the options in laymen terms for the patient to make a sound decision. Believes in preventive dentistry -- goal to keep the teeth sound and healthy. I have had my share dental issues and he readily recommends other specialized dentists if it is out of his realm. Dr. Neal is a very humble and caring dentist!

My daughter made an appointment for me with Dr. Neal's office when I mentioned I had a toothache. Being from Southern Indiana and having not been to a dentist in over 4 years, I wasn't sure they would even want to see me! From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone's pleasant and outgoing personalities gave me the impression that they had my best interest at heart and would serve my needs completely. Dr. Neal sat down with me and went over every tooth's condition explaining in detail not only what needed to be done; but also, all the cost factors involved (including what was covered by my insurance) and presented a treatment plan of my liking; before, any dental restorative work was begun.

I am a man in his mid-80's and I've had much dental work performed on my teeth by many dentists both in and out of the Military. I've never had a more caring and gentle dentist do work on my teeth before. Why; I never even felt the needle, containing the numbing medicine when it was administered to my gums! This experience will give me a good excuse to visit my daughter every 6 months to a year; so, in that way I can keep my preferred dental doctor now that I have found him. So far as I am concerned Dr. Neal is the best at what he does professionally, and I would recommend him and his dental staff to anyone in need of dental services.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neal since 2002. His dental techs and office staff are top notch and exceptionally professional. Treatment plans are described in detail in advance and administered efficiently and with care. During my time as Dr. Neal's patient, I have had three different dental plans and an HSA. When using insurance, the extent of coverage was explained and documented. When using my HSA, under which I pay full price in cash, I always received detailed documentation on all charges. Dr. Neal is a great dentist with an awesome staff!

My family has been going to Dr. Neal's office for nearly 15 years. He's treated me, my wife, my sister, and my nephew (who can be a real handful!). During that time, his office staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They've helped us as we've changed insurance companies a number of times and we've never felt lost at all in that process.

I've had nothing but good experiences with is office and Dr. Neal's clearly a top notch dentist. I can see why his fellow dentists elected him as the President of the North Texas Dental Society and why he was voted Best Dentist in Frisco!

UPDATE: Ms Donovan's review above just goes to prove my point. She states, "I've been with RAN Dental through Cigna, MetLife and UHC insurance and have never run into any issues with him being out of network." Seems he hasn't been upfront with her either since he contracts with NO insurance companies and is considered out of network with ALL of them.

Avoid this dental office! Treatment plans are structured as if Dr Neal is an 'in network' dentist, regardless of your insurance. You are told 'your insurance may pay more or they may pay less' instead of 'Dr Neal is an out of network provider with your insurance'. Very shady business practices.
