New Image Dental

I'm someone that dreads going to the dentist. Everyone that I've interacted with at this office has been nice and helpful. Dr. Smithberger himself called me after just a couple of fillings to check on how I was doing. Also, my husband sat in on an appointment and he told my husband that he avoids doing crowns unless absolutely necessary. That reassured us that he puts his patients' needs first.

Most amazing dentist I have ever been too. He is so gentle and I didn't feel a thing when I got my cavities filled today. I highly recommend to anyone whoo has been traumatizedd by their previous dentist like me. The staff are very professional and nice. The office is very clean. I love this dentist!

I have had a lot of dentists over the years, and hate going to the dentist as much as anyone, but since coming to this office I've had much better experiences and feel much more relaxed during my visits knowing that they will be gentle and unhurried and take good care of me. I would really recommend Dr. Smithberger to anyone. Everyone who works in this office is friendly and professional. Dr. Smithberger clearly takes pride in his work and does an excellent job. I've now referred at least 5 people to his office since he takes my company's dental insurance, and everyone has agreed that he is fantastic.

I've had some pretty terrible experiences with dentists, but Jason is the absolute best. Everyone is friendly, especially Dr. Smithberger. He'll give you advice that's tailored to your lifestyle. After my first visit, an emergency dental fix, he called to follow up the next day to see how I was feeling. On my second visit, he remembered my home town and asked about it. Can't say enough about him- great guy and great dentist! I'm leaving Towson in a few weeks and am truly sorry I can't take this office with me!

Wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Smithburger is awesome. I loathe going to the dentist just like about everyone else. I have a fear of numbing injections in my mouth from when I was a kid I had to get some teeth pulled due to overcrowding, I felt every pinch. I never felt one pinch or burn from Dr. Smithburger! Keep up the great work!

I had seen Dr. Smithberger's office years ago, and when I obtained the insurance they accept, once again- I immediately went back here. I never threw out their business card because this place is very friendly, he is a great dentist, they explain everything, you don't feel rushed, you don't feel like "just another patient", and I feel comfortable to ask a million questions if I'm curious about something. : They really are a great office and team.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. The dental hygienists are great. I've had cosmetic procedures done in addition to routine check ups and I've never had any issue with him or the staff. Probably the most comfortable dentist environment I've ever experienced. I've also referred numerous friends/co-workers to Dr. Smithberger and they all rave about him, too. If you're looking for a new dentist, or looking to switch, I highly recommend him.
