Starting with the delicate attention of our friendly receptionists, they will greet you, get you acquainted with the services we offer and help step patients through the dental care process. During your appointment, you will be visited by our skilled preventive staff and dental assistants to help clean and prepare your teeth for the dentists, Drs.
Deanna is our newest member of our reception team. She has many years of experience at Johns Hopkins in their Neuroscience department where she acted as a receptionist and patient coordinator. After DeeAnna took some time off, she redirected her path to dentistry. We are lucky to have her. Patients find her efficient and professional, yet with her unique personal approach, they also find her comforting.

Enables us to take impressions without using the often messy, uncomfortable, and unpalatable trays and material commonly used for impressions when working with crowns, bridges, implants, and more. Allows us to fabricate crowns, veneers, onlays, inlays in office and deliver these to patients in one visit as opposed to conventional multi-visit appointments.

The entire experience was excellent, from the initial phone call to the solution of the problem. The staff was polite, professional, and timely. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Dr. F even called me personally later that evening. This is an exceptional dental practice and I would highly recommend White Marsh Family Dentistry.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter who was blocked. I've always been the type of mother that listens before I jump to conclusions. My daughter is a very professional woman and the blocking of her review allows me to see that they may be blocking any review that is negative and not in their favor. Below is her review: "I contacted this dentist as a new patient under the impression they were in my insurance network as the front desk took my insurance information I asked her to confirm they took my insurance which she confirmed they did!
The dentist Dr Farrugia filled cavities in my 2nd appointment where I was charged $150 and referred me to an endodontist to do part 1 of a root canal where I then paid $100. I followed up with this dentist for my crown appointment (5 days away) for pricing (yes I had to call them) and to my surprise was told u would be charged an out of pocket fee of $525!
In complete shock and pain(my mouth) I argued that their office needed to be more efficient in communicating pricing as I had to call to ask for pricing for my previous appointments. I explained to them that springing a price like that on someone with a TEMPORARY FILLING and experiencing what I feel is an urgent matter that needs to be addressed in timely fashion was unacceptable and unprofessional.
The woman on the phone told me she understood and apologized and said she would talk to Dr FARRUGIA to see what they can do. I thanked her and proceeded to call my insurance who then informed me that this dentist is NOT IN MY NETWORK! Which is why the out of pocket expense was so much more. The next morning i receive a certified letter from the dentist ACCUSING me of using profanity and dropping me as a patient because of that.
I DID NOT USE any profanity as I was in a Public place where there were children. I know I was not nice but cursing was never used! I would have NEVER made an appointment with a dentist that is not in my network and was defrauded into seeing this dentist. I would not recommend seeing this dentist as they are not upfront and will drop patients without a care in the world. THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT neither EMPATHETIC!"

From the second I walked through the door I knew I was in a safe and clean environment. I was a new patient because my long term dentist had a stroke and was unable to fix my broken tooth. Dr. Farugia did not hesitate to fit me on his schedule the very next day. The entire staff from start to finish was excellent and I am grateful for the repair before thanksgiving! I cracked and lost part of my tooth. I started calling dentists in the area for appointments. Everyone from the front office to the dentist were extremely friendly and helpful to calm my nerves. Even though they could not fix the tooth, they made another appointment as soon as possible. Great first impression!

I have always been nervous when it comes to anyone coming towards my mouth with needles and drills. Here at White Marsh Family Dentistry i felt comfortable from my initial phone call. Everyone there is absolutely amazing and very professional. My nervous showed and my doctor and hygienist go me through and before i knew it, they were done. I have been seeing Dr. Litwin for my top snap in plate. Dr Litwin was highly recommended by my daughter. Dr. Litwin is very detailed oriented. Dr. Litwin helped me pick out my teeth color, which was very helpful. The office is beautiful with state of the art equipment. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend to family and friends.

This has by far, been the absolute best experience I have had at any dental practice. Every step of the way, has been extremely pleasant, from the call to make the appointment, all the way to paying for their services. Dr. Litwin is very personable, gentle and understanding with his patients, and has a remarkable finesse with his practice. I had an emergency extraction for a molar tooth.
Before I had even realized it, the molar was already completely removed. There was virtually no discomfort whatsoever. Destiny was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you both, so very much!

White Marsh Family Dentistry was the best experience at a dentist that I have ever had in my adult life. From the front desk, to my hygienist, to my dentist, my whole visit was pleasant. I have not liked going to the dentist in the past due to some bad experiences but Andrea (my hygienist)took her time, was very gentle, and my cleaning was totally painless and quick. I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone I encountered was so friendly and addressed my dental concerns. The office is clean and inviting. This is without question the best dental experience I have ever had. I had questions and concerns answered that I never expected to have addressed at my dentist including information about TMJ and possible migraine causes. I can't recommend Angie and Dr. Litwin enough. This office is convenient to get to and amazing all around! Highly recommend!
