We try very hard to make your child's treatment physically comfortable and enjoyable. All of our care is based on the behavior management technique Tell-Show-Do. This management technique prepares your child for dental treatment by telling and showing your child what we are going to do before we do it. During all visits, we believe in giving your child lots of praise.We begin the first visit by introducing the office environment and the staff. For children two and above, we recommend an oral examination, a cleaning, the application of fluoride, and any necessary radiographs (x-rays).

We cultivate a relationship with each of our patients, which not only ensures better children's dental care, but also turns a visit to the dentist into a visit between friends.
Examination: An examination involves more than looking at teeth. The health history reviews the general health of your child and indicates whether there is any need for special dental care. The examination charts health and disease and is used to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan for your child.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School aged children for routine visits can be scheduled throughout the day.
It is never too late or too early to think about orthodontics. Whether your child is just starting grade school or college, we would like to give you the information necessary for your child to have a beautiful smile that lasts a lifetime. Improving the relationship of upper and lower jaws, allowing more normal future growth and development.

I really like this dentist office. They do a great job with making the kids comfortable, showing them the instruments before they start the procedures and talk them through what's happening. I also like the praise and encouragement they give while working which helps keep them comfortable and NOT scared of the dentist. My kids ask about going back to the dentist. The "treat bags" are a plus too.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. My kids have been getting treatment from Dr. Neel for a few years now and they look forward to their appointment. The office is very well designed which keeps the kids busy in the waiting room. The reminder texts and email are very helpful and the token they give to their patients is an extra bonus. We are very pleased with their service.

Changed insurance after being there 9 years and no flexibility with us. Our new insurance paid them more than our old plan, but still wanted full amount even over what was reasonable and customary. So wasn't enough to be paid more through insurance, since we were now "out of network" they charged us the maximum they could even though they were already getting more than before. I would of understood if they were getting paid less, but they were making more and just said pay the maximum or leave. So we left. Greed over loyalty to patients.

Pretty dissatisfied with this office's in and out practices for purposes of getting in as many patients as possible. Yesterday, my son was scheduled to have his 3 cavities filled. His dentist claimed my son was "goofy" and could get only one cavity filled. I didn't want to argue with him in the office, so I agreed to another appointment to allow them to bill our insurance for a procedure that should have been done during our appointment.

This was my son's first time at this dental office. The staff was friendly and professional. We didn't have to wait long at all. Even his dentist was awesome. Though my son doesn't like doctors or dentist, his dentist was very kid friendly and patient with him. I would definitely recommend this dental office to family and friends.

My daughter's first visit was today and it was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was genuinely friendly. The office was clean and is definitely the most kid friendly office I have ever seen. My daughter loved it! I was with my previous dental office for over 10 years and one of the best things Kids Dentist did was misinform me about my daughter's teeth. Otherwise, I would never had found this amazing pediatric dentistry!

The waiting area, offices and patient rooms were bright, inviting and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, answered my questions thoroughly and I was helped quickly. The office was very child friendly. My son was seen within ten minutes of us arriving. The doctor and nurse were warm, patient, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the plan in a way that I could easily follow.
He arranged the plan in such a way that it would correct the areas of concern and allow my son to maintain his comfort with going to the dentist. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Always punctual, professional, and great with the kids. The environment is light and airy and always clean. Of my 7 children, none have a fear of going to the dentist. My 3 year old, very particular son, asks me when his next dentist appointment is. The hygienists are personable and friendly, and Dr. Neel always wears a smile. Very nice practice.

Dr. Neel has been our kids' dentist for over 10 years. He has been an excellent dentist and we have had ZERO complaints over the years. The practice is run very efficiently, professionally, and absolutely FIRST CLASS. Everyone does a great job of communicating and answering any questions we have.
