My first experience with this dental practice was a free consultation with Dr Whicker regarding a tooth with an old root canal. Dr. Whicker was kind, listened well, and came to the consultation well prepared. He didn't rush me and took time to review my X-rays before he came to the consultation. He also gave me multiple treatment options and didn't seem bothered by my questions.

I've had many other dental experiences where the dentist spent much less time with me, yet I was not charged for the consultation. A few weeks after the consultation, I had a separate cleaning and exam which were also positive experiences. Christie, the dental hygienist, was personable, VERY experienced, and she gave me several new suggestions on how to improve the health of my teeth. I was also given several free samples so I could try out new products.

What a fantastic dentist. After researching all the options in Eugene, OR I chose this one because of his desire to use the best materials for any dental work. Think of him as an organic, vs. a conventional farmer. Instead of offering you the super cheap pesticide chemical-ridden tomato, he has gone out of his way to find the best quality organic tomato from an organic farm stand that tastes delicious and is actually good for you.

There is a cost difference, but you are getting a different service. This one will support your health and immune system. And (as a recent transplant from Los Angeles), his pricing is really not that crazy at all. So, if you are sold in his method of practicing, you wait until you visit. The staff are incredibly friendly, you are made to feel super welcome.

When you are in the chair, everything Is explained to you in words you can understand AND they go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. The facilities are super clean and spotless. (I have seen some awful dental practices in my time) and finally, when you are all done and ready to leave, I was offered the carnation in the picture. Now I cannot guarantee they'll give you a flower every time, but for a business to go above and beyond like that, they deserve a solid review explaining how much they care that you have a good experience. I am a paying customer with no affiliation to them. Go support them and your health of you and your family. You will not regret it.

The dentist including other members of the staff made sure I was comfortable on every level. They were very friendly. They were efficient but I did not feel rushed in any way. My questions were answered patiently and in layman's terms. Overall a good experience.

They were very accommodating and went out of their way to fit me in an emergency! They respected my disability and human rights with dignity and honor! I am very happy with their capabilities and office staff! Thanks so much for all your doing!

Best experience ever at a dentist. It is worth the hour drive for me. I appreciate the holistic approach that addresses all my health issues. I had recently found out that I am slow to numb, hence the years of dentist trauma. The professionals in this office believed me and listened to my concerns. What a relief to find such a compassionate, competent, and caring team.

Every time I visit this office I feel at home and comfortable. My last cleaning with Mindy was especially enjoyable. Mindy not only does great work, she makes certain I am at ease. I recommend this fine dentist office to everyone.

I hate going to the dentist. For many years I've feared and hated the deed. Thanks to the good people who baby me and take the time and effort to not only make me feel at ease but provide me with actual results that improve my quality of life.

I went in for a normal cleaning. Christy accomplished this efficiently and comfortably. In addition to getting my teeth very clean, she provided very good, specific information to assist me in my at-home maintenance. The information was specific to my circumstances -- not generic -- and I appreciate that. Highly recommended!

If you can afford it or are lucky enough to have really good dental insurance, this is hands-down the best dental experience available. The personal attention is comforting beyond words. The staff provides an unparalleled quality of professional services AND they care about the overall patient experience. Who hands out a fresh flower post-procedure?

It seemed a little odd, but I totally dug it. So friendly, so kind. Dr. Whicker called me at home the evening of a large procedure to check-in and see how things were going. I was doing fine, but there was no doubt in my mind if things were not going well that he would have met me back at the office right then. I've been to another dentist since my visit with Dr. Whicker and the new dentist complimented Dr. Whicker's restoration on my tooth as "one of the best I've ever seen." I just wish I could afford to continue seeing Dr. Whicker. but who has 25%-35% extra to spend on dental work?

I am very happy with my recent visit and I highly recommend giving wellness centered dentistry a try, you will not be disappointed. I had amalgams removed and I don't believe anything could have went any better. They stayed after hours to get the job done and didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience. Everyone was very nice to interact with. It was also a completely pain free experience.

Wellness Centered Dentistry is not simply a business. It is a patient-centered practice with capable, thoughtful, kind, competent professionals. Dr. Whicker has a gentle demeanor and cares deeply about doing good work. They make sure to book enough time that appointments are never rushed--appointments are not about the money, they are about the patient need!

The staff are transparent and open about their recommendations (and why they are making them), and take time to answer any and all questions. They do clean, precise work, and are cheerful throughout!

Hands-Down best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. Everyone working there is so exceptionally kind. I've always felt super anxious about dentist appointments, but they walked me through everything so that I felt very comfortable. They gave me a blanket, a hot towel after the procedure and a fresh flower on my way out! Such great people and atmosphere, I definitely recommend them!

I've been fortunate to have had really good dentists my whole life, but Dr. Whicker's office raised the bar and for the past 11 years has exceeded my expectations. All the staff have been there for years and are highly skilled--like top-of-their-class expertise. They are always learning, keep on top of dental and medical information, are great at communication, and are super gentle and caring.

I believe Julie's cleanings and preventative care has benefited my family's oral health greatly and the times we have needed a filling or crown, Dr. Whicker is amazing. They've accommodated us in working with my family's co-therapies (orthodontia, osteopathy) and Lizzy is so helpful with insurance and billing. I can't recommend them enough!

I have had excellent treatment by Dr. Whicker. He seems to have the latest equipment for patient comfort and takes an easy approach to recommending the use of it. Everything possible was done for my comfort, including my requests for special measures. I have found him easy to work with and knowledgeable about my other health issues which impact my dental health. The outcomes have been good with minimal discomfort. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The office is clean and pleasantly decorated.

This dentist will not tell you that do not participate in any insurances and then will tag on bills to you, they hardly have any patients and this is there way of getting patients in and billing in hefty fees when it is said and done.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Whicker. Both he and their wonderful hygienist, Julie are so gentle. I've had some serious treatments there, the kind you would expect to guarantee pain for days, but I hardly experienced any. I could go on and on, but fear I'll sound like a paid advertisement. These folks don't need to pay people to say good things. They are fantastic and I highly recommend.
