I have been coming to Dr. Niles for almost 5 years. Their staff and customer service is great. Their small appliance artist Jon (mouthguard maker, etc) is great. Dr. Niles, Lori, Lucy and all the other staff really bends over backwards to take care of any issues that could arise. I appreciate all they have done for me and continue to do. I was extremely reluctant to start down the path or orthodontia for the second time in my life having had a horrible experience 40 plus years ago. I am so glad I did and that I was with Dr. Niles and his outstanding staff! They are wonderful: kind, understanding, professional, cheerful and positive throughout. They are also amazing at time management as my appointments were always on time and sometimes even a little early, even as a drop in for an adjustment. I recommend them highly.

I love Dr Niles and his staff. I am going on my last 5 weeks of treatment and my teeth look great! My before and after pictures are going to be amazing! Everyone is so nice here, I look forward to every visit. 2/18/20 edit. DR Niles took my braces off today! Best feeling in the world. For anyone looking for a FANTASTIC orthodontist, Dr Niles in Eugene is just the person who can help you achieve the highest possible cosmetic perfection.
He is very attentive to every detail, and quite the perfectionist. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. They're always so professional and everyone has always been so nice to me even when I ask dumb questions. I am so happy with the results, almost one year in braces and a year in a Herbst appliance before that, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made, even though it was a tough road being in my 30s with braces. You are never too old to get your bite aligned so you can chew and bite properly AND look good at the same time!

Dr. Niles and staff can only be described as EXCEPTIONAL! They over delivered on what they said they could do! I had severe jaw popping and pain when i arrived at their office. He quickly evaluated me and was certain he could help me. Just got my braces off last week. Boy what a difference! Not only is my jaw issue 100% resolved I now have beautiful straight teeth. I cannot thank you and your team enough!

Exceptionally professional in every aspect! This was my second round of correction as I was 13 when I first had braces. I am now 28 years old and was slightly apprehensive to go through this process again. Dr. Niles and his staff explained everything that would be done down to every detail and completely put my mind at ease. There are good orthodontists and then there are great ones. Dr Niles is one of the great ones. I own dental practices throughout Oregon, Crisdental. I have been referring patients to him for years. Dr. Niles' care and expertise is second to none. His staff is wonderful. He finishes cases quicker and with better results than anyone I know. As a side note, I don't say this because I'm friends with him. I only know him as a colleague. I want the best care for my patients and hands down, he is the best!

We brought our 7 year old daughter in today for a consultation. We were greeted professionally and warmly the moment we walked through the door at Niles Orthodontics! Even though we were a little early, we were given a prompt, detailed tour of the office, which included a brief description of their sterilization process. During our consultation, treatment options were explained so that myself and my seven year old daughter understood what treatment was recommended.
There were models showing the different appliances and and types of braces. We felt warm and welcome and my daughter LOVED the staff and doctor. She has been talking about her experience there ever since she came home. We are looking forward to starting her treatment and feel confident and excited that we have found the right Orthodontist to take good care of our daughter.
