She is our scheduling coordinator and brings a warm caring attitude to our front office. She has been working in the dental field for 4 years now, and started here as a sterilization technician. Shelbee enjoys all aspects of the dental field, but has found her passion at the front office because she gets to be the first person to greet patients and welcome them in. In her free time, Shelbee loves spending time with her boyfriend, family and her cat, Sterling (who is much more like a child than a cat.)
Dr. Furgason was born and raised in Oregon. He attended Oregon State University, Brigham Young University and The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry from which he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1997. While in Oklahoma, Dr. Furgason also gained valuable experience as part of the forensic dentistry team that worked at the site of the Oklahoma City Bombing. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Furgason and his family moved to Eugene where he has practiced dentistry ever since.
While Dr. Furgason & Dr. Fife are both highly skilled in the field of restorative dentistry, their first priority is always the basic maintenance of their patients' dental health. Together they offer the full range of general dentistry procedures and services. We all know how important regular oral exams and professional cleanings are to our dental health.

I am greatly impressed with Dr. Jason Fife and the entire staff. I came to him with a failed root canal from a tooth that was cared for by a doctor in Portland. and ended up loosing the tooth. Dr Fife was recommended to me by one of his patients. Dr Fife did a beautiful & painless job giving me a new tooth implant. I am thrilled with the result. It's just perfect down to the smallest detail.

I am grateful for his wonderful care and feel lucky that I discovered him when i did. I came in for a check up and cleaning. From the time you step through the door, you're made to feel comfortable. Stacey did a wonderful job, very friendly and professional throughout the appointment. Dr Fife is easy to talk to and informative. He gets you in and out in a timely manner without a lot of waiting.

I relocated to the area in March. One of the most difficult challenges is finding new providers. I found the Furgason Fife Dentistry online and they are exactly what I had hoped for. The office is professional and inviting. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was with Dr. Furgason and he exceeded my expectations. He was kind, gentle and discussed what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. I'm very happy I chose this office for my dental care.

I have never had good experiences at the dentist, until now. All of the hygienists are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and relaxing. Dr. Furgason is just phenomenal. I feel 100% taken care of, and even getting multiple fillings done over the last couple months, I have felt totally calm and relaxed during every visit. I will recommend Eugene Smiles and Dr. Furgason to everyone. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you for all that you do, Eugene Smiles Team!

Dr. Fife and the hygienist made my 1st visit very nice. I usually have a lot of pain with cleanings, and they took a good deal of time making it tolerable. What excellent customer service! I also appreciated the hygienist who was thorough but didn't drag things out past my level of tolerance. Dr. Fife was super kind and funny and did an excellent job explaining my issues without pushing unnecessary treatments. Looking forward to my next visit!

Wow! I was looking for a new dental practice, and I scored.big time! The office is immaculately clean and relaxing, the front office staff are friendly and polite, and my dental experience was wonderful. I had the best-ever dental cleaning by Windy, the dental hygienist, who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was followed by a dental exam with Dr. Fife, who was equally as professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I have spent my fare share of time in the dental chair over the years, and can say with absolute certainty this is the best dental experience I have ever had! I highly recommend them!

I just had my semi-annual teeth cleaning today and it is was quick and painless. Wendy did a fantastic job, it was not painful or uncomfortable at all. I've been a patient of Dr. Furgason for many years and think he is the best dentist in Eugene. Everyone on his staff is incredibly friendly and they make you feel like they really care about you. If you are in need of a new dentist I'd highly recommend this practice.

I never really hear anyone brag about their dentist, but I do. Dr. Mike is the best, a professional and a craftsman, with excellent chair-side manner. He is intelligent and experienced, which gives me the confidence to proceed. The staff also deserves compliments. The hygienists, assistants and administrators are of the highest caliber, yet friendly and personable. I can't say enough. You will not regret visiting this dentist.
