Munroe Falls Family Dentistry

I'm a new patient, and I just asked specifically for them to look at one tooth that was really bothering me. They didn't try to add things on as far as cleaning, or more examination without me requesting it, and I really appreciated it. I don't like the dentist, and every person there was so friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I have had so many issues in the past with dentists and dental procedures and I can honestly say after a couple visits I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable getting work done. They have handled my anxieties so carefully and make sure that I was comfortable and ok constantly during my visit. Even further than just the chair, every single person I have dealt with have been fantastic.

From the front desk to the assistants to the dental herself they are just fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. The knowledge and communication they have provided is fantastic and even in billing they are so reasonable and careful. I never would have expected to feel so comfortable in a dentist office. 5 stars in truly an understatement for how great this office is.

I had a somewhat unnerving conversation on the phone, I didn't even make it to the office. I tried to make an appointment here to be seen, and the young lady on the phone led me to believe that they didn't want to see me. She didn't even ask who my insurance provider was. She didn't ask me where or what my pain was. She was adamant about telling me that they're a referral only business, and that I would be responsible for x-rays and exam fees. I have excellent dental coverage but this place will never know that now.

Stephanie is an awesome dental hygienist. She is professional, gentle and efficient. Dr. Evan is very personable, Caring and kind. The front office staff is efficient and informative.

This was my Husband's and myself first visit with the dental office, we were greeted right away everyone in the office is just so nice and no judgment was seen by any of the staff or doctor. It was a very relaxed atmosphere which helped my anxiety with being at the dentist. We feel that we have finally found the right dentist for both of us. Thank you!

Brittany was an excellent hygienist - very gentle, always told me what she was going to do, but also very thorough. Dr. Bartels was also fantastic. The whole office was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. I really dislike doctors' offices where THEIR time is their only concern, but that was absolutely not the case with Munroe Falls Family Dentistry.

Wonderful, caring and experienced staff. Every visit is honestly enjoyable. The office is updated and always sparkling clean. Every detail is handled with patience and great communication with the patients. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

My family and I love MFFD - the staff & techs are always welcoming and personable throughout our visit, and Dr Evan is very thorough with our exams. He takes the time to answer my questions and shares any watch outs we need to be mindful of with my kid's teeth.

This was my first visit to Munroe Falls Family Dentistry. I was greeted by a very friendly staff. My dental hygienist (Brittany) was very pleasant and thorough. Dr Evan was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff is working with my insurance company to determine my coverage. Overall, an excellent experience by a top notch dental practice.

My first visit was stress free and everyone I encountered was delightful, friendly, and concerned from the receptionist at the front desk to the dental assistant and the down to earth likeable dentist, Dr Evan. Dr made me feel really comfortable, knowledgeable and glad I found him.

I love this place. They're accommodating with appointments, keep to their schedule during the day, and provide the best service of any dentist I've ever tried. The work I've had done here kept me pain-free years longer than similar work I've had done at other dentists. I cannot recommend a dentist more highly.

Munroe Falls Family Dentistry is wonderful. Everyone there is very helpful and exudes a very positive attitude. If you are afraid of dentists, there is no need to put off going to a dentist. Dr. Bartel is the nicest, sweetest most patient person I know, and is very gentle and kind. She is a great dentist, and does exceptional work. Proud to be her patient!

Today I had my 1st crown work done, coming home with a temporary. The office as always was fast, efficient, friendly, professional and caring. Dr Evan explains every aspect of the procedure and freely answers questions posed. The dental assistant, Jess did the same. I have been a patient with this office for 40 years, even before Dr. Evan became the principal dentist.

My wife, children and father have also been patients due to my recommendations. My wife has been to other practices and thinks this one is the best. I cannot recommend them high enough. Very happy with results and care every time.
