Dr. Mark is a godsend! We transferred offices due to me losing my job and insurance. Dr. Mark looked at my kids cases and explained treatment procedures for me in an easy to understand way. Then, he blessed us immensely with the rest of the treatment. The staff is very helpful and pleasant as well. I would recommend this location!

Haas has provided a wonderful service to myself and my children. They provide quality care and are always very honest and straight forward regarding the treatment and expectations. The quality of the work is a direct reflection of the years of experience between the brothers who now run the business. Their father was the original Doctor and has long since retired, but he passed along his knowledge to the boys and I really like and appreciate that they still have a traditional environment and we aren't just another numbered patient.

Was really rude to me I would not send anyone there all they want is money $ they want to keep racking up the bill $$$$$

Staff is very friendly and patient. Able to speak the truth to my son gently. They always do their best to accommodate with scheduling.

Dr. Eric Haas did a phenomenal job talking with my preteen about the possibility of Orthondontics, the causes & effects. Rather than talking at her, he talked TO her. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the building quaint & clean. I highly recommend this caring orthodontic practice

Dr Mark was AMAZING with my daughter! Dentist/Ortho appts make her very nervous, he was kind and funny with her which made it so much easier on her. We transferred to Haas after a bad experience elsewhere and I really wish we had just started at Haas with Dr Mark to begin with! The BEST!

I received a call today from Dr Haas about how he could help with my kids treatment plan after my review (obviously caring how people are being treated)and thou I'm their only J Ingram client, I did not write that review. I believe it's a fake account. My kids have received wonderful treatment from the whole staff.

Haas Ortho has been incredible and every time I'm there I'm greeted with smiles and conversation. They are very knowledgeable and continue to be a place I would recommend to anyone pursuing braces.

Wow! I am shocked to hear the other reviewer of this practice had such a bad experience. That makes me sad. I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and staff at Haas Ortho. I just recommended them to my friend for her daughter's ortho care. I had my braces done by Dr. Roger years ago and came in a couple years ago when I was back in town because one of my lower teeth had started to shift a tiny bit because my dentist had placed a filling that disrupted some of spacing of my teeth.

It was an easy fix done in one fast appointment with just a simple wire placed for a few months. I have always found Dr. Roger's bedside manner to be friendly and caring, as are all the assistants and front office staff. I primarily saw Dr. Roger for most of my appointments but on occasion, saw Drs. Mark & Eric too. They were also great. Besides from the little hiccup caused by the filling my dentist placed, my teeth look the same as the day I got my braces off 20+ years ago.and I get complimented on my smile all the time! (Check out the attached photo of my smile taken recently!) Also, I was charged a reasonable price for my braces, much in line (and sometimes cheaper) than the quotes I received elsewhere.

This is very important nowadays with rising healthcare and dental costs. I would highly recommend Haas Ortho to anyone in the greater Akron area who is looking for honest, quality orthodontics by doctors who genuinely care about their patients and lasting quality smiles!

I have been going here for about 9 years now and could not be happier with the outcome of my teeth. Dr. Roger is very detail orientated and makes sure everything turns out perfect. The whole staff is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable while getting your teeth worked on. I get compliments about my teeth a lot. I would highly recommend this practice.

Everything, the staff is so friendly. There aren't enough positive words to say for the HAAS FAMILY. They are amazing doctors who truly care for all their patients. We're so blessed to have found them. Even after relocating I drive over an hour to continue my children's treatment.

I would have to say that Haas Orthodontics lives up to their stellar legacy of being top of their field. I can't imagine how the other reviewer had such a polar opposite experience from what I and thousands of other patients have had from these 3 proffessionals. I had several horrible dental visits in my past and had difficulty going back to the dentist as a result.

I Iwould even have panic attacks when going to my appointments. This all changed when I made the choice to get braces at Haas Orthodontics. I came to them on the reccomendation of many others, concerning the level of work, policies, financial options, and overall friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked in for my consultation to the day I had the braces removed, I felt totally at ease and respected by all staff and the doctors themselves.

I was given several options for my treatement and received different insights as a result of being seen by all 3 doctors. I trusted all of them and went with what they felt was the best for me, both in a dental aspect, as well as what fit my budget. The payment plan that was offered was totally reasonable and when I got laid off, the staff and doctors worked with me on payments until I gained employment.

I would and do reccomend Haas to anyone looking to have Orthodontic work done. In fact, when I receive a compliment on my smile, I tell them I owe my smile to the Haas brothers and their excellent work.
