I recently had four teeth pulled and was extremely scared. From the time that they called me back until I walked out of the office I had nothing short of a wonderful experience! They eased all of my worries and helped me get through the entire process. This is a place that actually cares and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Your health is important to them. I will never go anywhere else!

Thanks to Dr. Petry and Dr. Walton.you truly need to teach customer service to THE WORLD. This is the MOST CONSISTENT friendliest, nicest, cleanest place ever. I have been a patient well into 20 years. I am now able to eat on all 4 quadrants of my mouth. I got all my services completed. Everyone knows their job and do them well. U ALL ROCK!

Starts with customer service, 1.making appointment was easy and they listen to you. 2.waiting area is very comforting and calming. 3.greeted right away, and they took notes of all the small things I said while making appointment, very attentive Asked if I wanted water, or a sugar free sucker. 4.they walk you through the entire facility so you know what to expect. 5.let me tell you about the room.a heated massage chair with a flat screen above your head. 6.the entirestaff and Dr. continously asking if you are ok, feel ok.this was beyond any experience I have ever had. Lastly.they care and will find the true problem that exists.

If I would of stayed at the last place I would of had a root canal, a tooth pulled, and a bridge.it was only my bite that was off. I cannot say enough good things about my time at this facility! You guys are amazing and truly care.you gained my family of 7 as patients for life!

Something to be said to a place thats a little hard to get into. This is a staff of professionals that cater to each and every person in the office. When I first called I needed a cleaning, I have a tight work schedule and only had certain dates/times to come in. They scheduled me a time months out and told me they would call me if something opened up(which I assumed no one would) A week later the office called and were able to see me on the day and time I requested.

You ARE NOT a number here. I realized that I moment I walked in the door. I completely understood why this office is hard to get into, because THEY CARE. Very pleased with my treatment and to know my family will now be taken care of. Thank you.

My family of four have been going to their office for years. Every time, I have a bill due after insurance which is all the time, because they overcharge for everything. I was able to make monthly payments, which they said that wasn't a problem. So when my daughter just went the last time they wanted full payment. I called Debbie and said we have been paying this way for how many years. But as a result of them being greedy they lost a family of 4. I am very disappointed with all of them. Do not go to this office.

They are highly competent, professional and have always accommodated us for regular and emergency care. Both the dental staff and the office staff have maintained the highest standard of excellence that we have come to expect from them over the years.

Our family has been trusting Dr. Petry and Dr. Walton for years! They are so great at putting you at ease! This practice provides great hygienists and office staff, and it is all in a clean, welcoming and comfortable setting. Dr. Petry and Dr. Walton are gentle, knowledgeable, kind, competent, and really care about you and your teeth! We will never go any where else.

Wonderful dentists & hygienists! My husband's root canal & crown went very smoothly. I had to also bring my 2 1/2 year old son there for a tooth injury. It was his first time to the dentist and the staff there was so understanding, he did not fuss or cry at all. Dr. Walton actually had him smiling and laughing! My family of four won't go anywhere else.

I recently visited Dr. Petry and staff for problems with my wisdom teeth. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and in a timely manner. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentist, or any doctor as a matter of fact, that I had there. Every single person I encountered there was pleasant, helpful, patient, and seemed to truly care about me.

I also was blown away by the reception staff. I needed help getting time off work for my surgery and they have been beyond helpful in this matter. I haven't been put on hold or tossed aside like my prior experiences in the medical field. This place is truly a gem!

This is my second visit to their office. I am visiting them because I have dental insurance and it covers teeth cleaning. In my first visit, they did the cleaning and they also had X-rays. I did not pay anything because it is covered by the insurance. In my second visit they gave me a bill in the amount of $100. When I asked them the reason, I have been told it was about the X-ray.

I asked them why they did another X-ray while they had it only 3 months ago. They said it was a different type of X-ray. If it is necessary, why don't you do it in my first visit? If one type of X-ray is better than the other, why are you doing both? Charge the insurance company for one, and charge me for the other. Ohhh I see. They always find a reason to charge you for more, find reasons to send you to other dentists to get commission. What are we talking about, health or trade?

Best experience I've ever had at a dental appointment! Debbie and Stephanie are the best at helping you relax for your appointment. My hygienest was Lindsay and she is very informative! At my first appointment I met BOTH doctors Dr. Walton did my exam and let me know what I needed to come back for & why i needed to have the work done then Dr. Petry came in just to say hello! HOW NICE!

Dr. Walton and the rest of his staff will assure you get the best quality care of treatment while also making sure you're relaxed during the process. His office boasts a modern look with a homey feel as well. I also didn't have to wait for too long in the waiting room. I have to say that I've never felt like a start after coming to Dr. Walton's office. This office will ensure you'll get a red-carpet experience. I would highly recommend this practice!
