Pospisil Dentistry Of Gilbert

I feel a bit torn on this review so I'll start with the good. Dr Brent seems surprisingly and refreshingly honest. During a cleaning visit, I mentioned a spot on one of my molars that recently began randomly "zinging" with pain/sensitivity for a split second every few days. He took a look and told me it was an old filling, but he said it still looked good and he felt it still had a lot of good "mileage" left in it.

Obviously he didn't have to do that, he could've suggested replacing that filling to make more money. I was impressed by this, it feels like you don't see that sorta thing too frequently anymore. I don't really know how to explain this but I can tell he's very highly skilled at what he does. I am not a dentist, so how can I judge a dentist's skill level?

I'm not sure, he's just *that* good. Not merely a professional but an artist. You can just sense it when you're watching a master at work. Where things get weird is the billing situation. My previous dental insurance, delta, which their office is part of, covered two dental cleaning checkups per year at no charge to me since it's preventative care.

I had only been getting my cleaning/checkups done for a little over a year at Pospisil, no other work done, when I was mailed a bill for something like $30 out of nowhere. I just paid it, not really knowing or caring what it was for. He's a great dentist, after all. I changed jobs and insurance providers a while ago, my last z(97 cleaning visit with them was back in Jan '21 but I had to cancel it, which I did like a week in advance, IIRC.

I never rescheduled since my insurance situation changed soon after. This past week (Jun '22) I just got a bill from them for $146. For what, exactly? I haven't spoken to them, or received any previous bills or mail items, I haven't set foot in their office in over a year. So now I get to call them and straighten this out. how awesome :/ Great dentist but there's gremlins in their office's billing system.

Now it's got me wondering, does he do that whole 'you don't need to replace this filling' thing I mentioned earlier as some sort of trust-fabricating head trick? I realize that's demonstrating )* some solid paranoia on my part but I'm not really sure what to think at this point. once might be accidental but twice begins revealing a pattern.

The BEST dentist around. Dr. Doug and all his staff knows all and handles with extreme care.

Developed a toothache so called in for appt Michelle got me in in 2 days for diagnosis. Dr Doug checked me out and made follow up appt. Everything was fast and smooth and informative. I really appreciate Dr Doug and his staff.

I've been a patient for several years and am totally satisfied with the quality and timeliness of care I've received. My recent appointment was a request to be seen on short notice since I was experiencing discomfort with a tooth. The staff was able to squeeze me in that same afternoon and Dr Brent was very concerned and handled my situation professionally and without haste despite being very busy. I really appreciated the prompt response and his ability to handle my situation.

I have been seeing Dr Brent for 14 years! He is a top notch dentist. I really like his office manager/front desk receptionist Michelle. She is so friendly and caring. I always get Sheena as my hygienist and I have always been very happy with her work. I will continue at this practice because of the care and service that I get

You might not believe me if I said I went to the Dentist and enjoyed it, so I will simply say that was the best experience I have ever had with a Dentist. I highly recommend Brent Pospisil and the entire team at Pospisil Dentistry for all of your oral health needs.

I can't thank Pospisil Dentistry enough for detecting a very unusual broken jaw that resulted from a molar I had removed 6 weeks ago; their attention and caring for my well being was a blessing - 90 minutes after Dr Pospisil detected the fracture he had me booked into an excellent oral surgeon who fixed me up and wired my jaws closed. Not real pleasant but no more pain.likely a very good diet plan however. Hard to beat the professional caring knowledgeable service they offer - you need help, I'd say you found it here.

Pospisil Dentistry is the cleanest, most professional dentist office in the western United States. Nobody will be disappointed with the service they receive from Dr. Brent or Dr. Doug. Sheena is an excellent hygienist. I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Dr. Brent Pospisil as a dentist who provides the highest possible quality service. This is a special dental team.

We are new to Arizona and finding all new doctors and dentists is always a daunting task. I had my first visit with Popspisil and was super pleased. I met with Dr Doug and Darla. Everyone in the office was super friendly, professional, gentle, non-preachy and accommodating. I will be a return customer and recommend them highly.

The office staff is top notch! Helpful, and extra milers! The dental care is detailed and thorough. They talk through exactly what they see and what the plan is. I appreciate knowing exactly what is happening with my teeth.

Pospisil Dentistry has been keeping my teefs in tip top condition for 34 of my sixtymumble years. First Dr. Les in Tempe and now his son Dr. Doug in Gilbert. Nicer, more caring and competent people can't be found. If your chompers are in need of care, do them and yourself a favor and go here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brent's prior to the opening of their Gilbert office. He has never steered me wrong with his recommendations. He is also a very skilled clinician. Thanks to Dr. Brent, I discovered that numbing injections do NOT have to hurt!

Pospisil Dentistry is one of best practices I have been to. The doctors and staff are all very caring and make patients feel welcome, comfortable during procedures and valued. They are honest and respectful. My family and I appreciate and highly recommend them.

This team is great! Dr. Doug is great and Darla and Sheena are amazing hygienists! They take time to get to know you and your concerns. It is so nice to find such a great family practice, especially since I moved from out of state.

Pospisil Dentistry has remodeled there waiting room and it's very inviting. The front desk staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. I was there for teeth cleaning and Darla always is pleasant too! Dr Doug Pospisil checks your teeth and is very gentle. Then checking out is a breeze also with staff that's very helpful. Obviously it's an enjoyable experience to go to this dentist office!
