Dental Specialty Associates

I went in to get my teeth pulled so I could get dentures and they were really only interested in spelling me implants which I can't afford because I'm on a fixed income. It's been a month now and they said that they would get back to me within 2 weeks after they got approval to get my teeth pulled from my insurance which my insurance would pay for because I have enough for that but since.

But since I haven't heard back from him I feel that I'm not going to because they were only wanting to sell me implants so I still have teeth that need to be pulled and no word from them.

Staff is nice, Dr's are nice, until you have to reschedule an appt that you made LESS than 24 hours prior for an appt the next day; then you'll realize it's super fake nice. I called at 3pm Monday for an appt on Wednesday at 7:15 am for my son. Welp $516 was due before 3pm today, my credit card declined today at 12:30, I can't make the payment until tomorrow, so I wanted to reschedule. Nope they charge you $50 for that, it hasn't even been 24 hours since I made the appt! Disgusting. "Oh sorry you're broke, but F U pay us more now". Greeeeedy, also no one told me anything about needing to cancel 24 hours before, I didn't even have 24 hours to reschedule it! Shame on you

Brought my daughter for the first time today. I was having a lot of trouble with our general dentist office sending the referral and x-rays ahead of time and I was really annoyed but the girls here and the dentist worked it out for us and got things done. I am very thankful to everyone here, Thank you for caring for your patients.

Everyone is so polite and very respectful of my situation and understood my anxiety about the surgery and the recovery period. I am having the surgery Monday morning and while I am still very anxious about it, I am sure the Dr and the staff will do all they can to lessen it for me

Literally such an amazing experience! I came from another dentist's office that i have a HORRIBLE experience with. This office couldn't be more opposite. I was greeted with kindness and they listened to the issues i was having and where able to do what other Dentist could not. I am SOOOO THANKFUL for everyone at this office!

Horrible after care. They called to see how I was doing I said in extreme pain they told me to call back in a few hours if it persists and they'll send in a new prescription. I call back and a different lady answered she laughed when I said I was still in pain And said how could you be there's noting we can do go to the emergency room. For paying over 1200 for wisdom teeth removal you'd think the after care would be better. I suggest you go somewhere else for wisdom teeth

The treatment by the nice hygienist Eunice was absolutely perfect. However, I was surprised to pay $179? I paid $84 for the exact same service on 08/26/2021? Thank you very much for checking this out.

Extremely expensive for people with a Medicare. The service is very nice, all staff very professional. After going over the dental work I needed, out of pocket cost of $2.500 that includes the insurance.! After responding to the reply from owner to call the number which was the actual Dentist Office. I spoke with rep. Explaining that I was returning a call from the reply by the owner.

She had no ideal about the return email information. Then she finally said and I quote " oh that message is Automatically Generated for all emails ". You shouldn't send a False Email that doesn't mean anything. Just to make you sound concern when you really don't CARE! KEEP IT REAL!

I had a very great experience with this office. My insurance is really weird where you can take six weeks for a dentist to take you on. My wisdom teeth were coming in and very painful. They took me in on the same day and schedule surgery for a few days later after giving me antibiotics and pain medicine. I was able to make it through the weekend comfortably and my surgery was yesterday.

I think I was handled very well and I really appreciate them for their quick reaction to my pain. Nobody ever wants to see a dentist but when you do see one, it's nice when they are actually caring and help. I also appreciate the surgeon going over everything with me before he started and answering all my questions.

My dentist had retired. I chose this office because of the convenient location. I am very pleased with the friendly customer service and for the professional and skilled hygienist, Ashley, and Dr John. I referred 2 friends on the same day as my initial visit.

Staff is very welcoming and very friendly had no problem checking in. I highly recommend there office.

I came in, they were like yup, these wisdom teeth need to come out. Like 2 weeks later I walk in they hook me up they are like take deep breaths and the next I know I am walking out without my wisdom teeth, easy, light work.

First initial visit was welcoming. Nice location and inside, waiting area, was very nice and social distancing friendly. My appointment went smoothly, covering all areas for moving forward, and I feel confident that I will receive great dental care

This is a great office the front Lady's are great always willing to help no matter what. The Dentist & Hygienist are great also. They Always communicate.

So, I heard pretty good things about this place, they have great reviews, but I tried seeking a consult for jaw surgery, but I was very kindly told that they do not have a jaw surgeon but that they only have a periodontist and an oral surgeon, but they very clearly advertise on the oral surgeon section of their website that jaw surgery is something that they provide and can help answer questions about.

So which is it? Do the staff not know what services they provide or do they simply not have the ability to provide the services they advertise? Either way, I'd probably be in better hands with someone else

Started coming here for my dental needs. They are so efficient and so friendly your instantly relaxed. Appts made easily and the dentist I had worked quickly and effectively on my crowns. I don't need to look any further, for my dental needs. I really love them there.

The staff & doctor are very pleasant and very professional. The office space was very clean and I personally saw how after every patient they wipe the area with disinfecting wipes, it smelled clean and looked like they have a professional cleaning services to keep all healthy. I was impressed.

Service level keeps getting worse. Waited until the day before my appointment to tell me they dropped Cigna Dental the month before. Said they would send me my records and did not until I went to the office in person.

Unfortunately Dr. Berger no longer takes United Health Care Dual Complete plan but Dr. Lillian does. That means if you need an extraction you have to find a new general.dentist to refer you to Dr. Lillian. I don't know about you but it seems very inconvienient for implant patients and those of you who are used to being seen by their team for all your work.

I had a phenomenal experience at Dental Specialty Associates! My hygienist, Yvonne was extremely attentive and gentle with my procedure. She suggested helpful products for my concerns and was very professional. Great office overall!

Dr Lilian and his staff are excellent in customer service, care, and kindness. They are extremely helpful, go the extra mile, and actually call you back when they say they will. The procedures I've had done at his office were painless, and fast. I highly recommend Dr Lilian and his office 100%.

Dr. Lilleen is one of the kindest and proficient Oral Surgeons that I have seen. And believe me I have seen just about every Oral Surgeon in the valley.

Don't cancel people because you couldn't contact them on a holiday to confirm for the second time. They close at 3pm. I got home after 3pm. Try calling when the office opens at 7am. I went to Phoenix from Yuma for nothing. Plus they said I was canceled after I sat there in their faces for nearly 2 hours. Maybe the dental specialty associates of. Phoenix don't like black people.many white people sure got service that day.now I am back where I began over a year ago.with a mouth ulcer and 4 bad teeth.guess medicaid don;t get you service or being black don't

I've spent quite a bit of time with these folks over the past 6 months and I couldn't be happier. I haven't encountered one staff member who hasn't been totally professional while managing to be caring and friendly as well. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone!
