These reviews must be fake. Horrible doctor she has a terrible attitude she will never work on my mouth again. The staff is always changing also. I wish the best of luck to this office because they need it

In December, I went to have three cavities filled. I told Dr. Webb that my upper mouth was in fact, not numb, but her response was that she was going to start drilling and if I felt pain then to stop her. That should have been a red flag for me, but I let her start and guess what, we immediately stopped because I was not numb. Hmm. This is the big one though.

I was having extreme sharp pain from one of those fillings for a week after this experience. I'm not a dentist, but I knew that this pain was not right. I told Dr. Webb what I was experiencing and all she did was a filling adjustment and told me to take ibuprofen. There was no further investigation, and told me to call if I experienced more pain. I felt completely pushed aside and invalidated.

I wasn't about to play a guessing game with her. That same day I got a second opinion where the dentist actually took x-rays and found that the filling was touching the nerve of my molar. There's the problem! I actually ended up having to get a root canal on that tooth because even a month later, the pain was STILL there. I suggest listening to patients when they say they are in pain. UPDATE: I now have to have 2 additional root canals on teeth Dr. Webb touched. I have used up all my insurance fixing these teeth and am now paying out of pocket. Please save yourself the physical trauma and financial stress and go somewhere else.

Dr Webb and the Entire staff provided Superior customer service. From my first phone call to the completion of my visit, they calmed my nerves and exuded caring spirits. I am thankful I found their website and look forward to having them take care of my dental health.

The best experience I have had in a dentist. The 40 years of my life it has never been explained to me the proper way of flossing and maintaining your teeth. I am very satisfied with the care and experience that Sonya Thomas has. The faculty is also amazing at Family Dentistry.

I recommend this dentist office because they are awesome. My 3 year old son allow the staff workers to work in his mouth. They are very easy with him. He doesn't cry or any thing not one bit. Awesome office.

I started coming to this practice last spring after moving to the area. I absolutely love this office! Everyone is so personable and every experience is thorough and I always feel comfortable and respected. My son can't wait for his appointments which is very rare and I love it! I've had to be referred out to a specialist and they have such a great network of them that they work with. My oral health has really been on the up and up with their office. We have definitely found our dental home and I think you will too if you have one visit here.

When I searched for a a new dentist, I sought a female, preferably a minority who owns and operates a practice. Once I found her, I needed to verify that her current clients liked her demeanor and the level of care she provides. Here I am, a year and a few months later, I'm so glad to have found Dr. Sonya Webb of Webb Family Dentistry. She checked all the boxes for my surface level needs.

The real test was chair-side manner and the education about my dental health. I was so pleasantly pleased. I had a million questions, and she answered them with patience and detail. Today, I was in for a routine cleaning. The dental assistant, Caitlin was awesome. She engaged in appropriate conversation, properly protected me during x-rays, but most of all she educated me on each step before making a move.

When Dr. Webb entered to finish my cleaning and hygiene check, she was cheerful and engaged, but didn't miss a step of detailing her notes to Caitlin or telling me what she was seeing in mouth and the plan to keep my mouth healthy. Back at the front desk, Janna and LaTetra made the entire experience feel like home. They are informative, efficient, and very welcoming.

I scheduled my next appointment AND guess what. I just enrolled my 16yo daughter as a new patient with Webb Family Dentistry (formerly a patient at LWSS). If it feels like family, then enroll your entire Family. Next up is my fiance.he'll make the switch! Thanks Webb Family Dentistry!

They are awesome with my kids! My youngest, the one who would scream from the time you walk in the dentist office to the time you left, is not even scared. Definitely will stick with Dr. Martin for them!

We receive Excellent service from the office staff and from the doctors. The office is extremely clean! Dr. Webb and Dr. Martin are absolutely amazing. My children adore Dr. Martin! He's patient, kind, and has amazing personality for children! Dr. Webb explains things thoroughly and has a true heart for her patients! Ursula also is amazing at what she does and is able to explain billing and payment efficiently. The Vaughn's love this office
