This office staff is one phenomenal! They put their patients comfort and health above all else. Prior to my FIRST appointment, the dentist returned a message and provided direction as I was having a terrible toothache. Not to mention, the receptionist called and checked in with me several times. This was before collecting any money and prior to any appointment.

I had only apple with staff via phone. This alone said so much about their staff. At my appointment today, I received step by step direction / communication/ explanation and they continued to impress me! The dentist, Todd Hasty inquired on my level of comfort several times throughout the exam. He thoroughly explained everything and created a game plan for me.

If you are looking for a dentistry staff to put your needs first, this is the office for you! 5/5 in every category! You bet I booked my future appointments with Shadow Valley Dental Group!

I've been going here since childhood (probably 20 years now), and will never leave even though I'm out of network now because they have always done an excellent job, are truthful, and charge reasonable rates. I've had alot of work done and I can testify that they truly care about their patients. I'd travel to my appointments before I'd ever consider trusting someone else.

Shadow Valley Dental is a hidden gem in our region. Dr. Hasty performs with the utmost care, detail, and professionalism (as does his entire staff). They know you by name, are down to earth, they treat you with gentle care, make sure you're comfortable at all times, and are non critical/judgmental of your dental situation. My questions are answered, my skepticism and anxieties are put to rest, I receive informed consent and appreciate the discussions of risk vs benefit for any procedure.

Dr Hasty, since day one has always excelled at putting his patients first, and is great at advising people what is best for their particular situation, as if their mouth were his own. Top notch and great quality! I've always considered everyone at Shadow Valley Dental more as my family versus coworkers, each and everyone is special. I love them all and I'm proud to be a patient!

This is an amazing dental office! From front desk friendliness, helpful assistants, caring dentist, and gentle hygienist! Dr. Hasty is very through with his exam. He was sure to address all my concerns and made me aware of issues in my mouth. He sat with me to talk about my options for treatment and explained it so I could understand what was going on. Ashlie is gentle and through with the cleaning of my teeth. Kelly did a great job reviewing cost of treatment and scheduling around my busy work schedule. April did great telling me what to expect from insurance. Jenny is a friendly greeting face, very comforting. Kristen was very friendly and informative. Shadow Valley Dental is all around a great dental office!

I just absolutely adore the staff at Shadow Valley and Dr. Hasty. Every single person is always smiling-it's so calming! For someone who has high anxiety especially when it comes to going to the dentist, I always feel so relaxed leaving there. They make sure you're comfortable before, during and after a visit or procedure. I spent many years not taking proper care of my dental health and after having my son, I wanted to get my teeth back to normal and set a good example of good dental hygiene to him so he doesn't make the same mistakes as I did neglecting my teeth for years.

It's something I was super insecure about but not anymore after going to Shadow Valley. I never feel judged or looked at weird because I didn't come in there with the greatest teeth. I feel secure, taken care of and happy to have found a doctor who REALLY cares. I feel like that is hard to find these days. I can't recommend Shadow Valley enough. Thank you so much for helping me feel like me again.

I have never been treated and evaluated like I was there. Extremely caring and thoughtful. Doctor and staff are amazing people that care about you and your dental experience but also care about you as a person. I without hesitation recommend this facility for all your dental needs.

Five star staff at all levels. Every single person in that office has found a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Hasty has mastered the technique of making his patients feel at ease because he truly cares about them.

I love going to Shadow Valley Dental. PAIN FREE, listen to music or whatever you like. The staff is awesome & make you feel like family. I've been going since the late 90's. If I didn't have insurance I would still be apart of Shadow Valley's family. You can ask any questions & they will gladly answer it.
