Kay & Paulus Orthodontics Maumee is the most efficient office we have ever been to. You do not wait. They respect your appointment time. They provide the highest customer service and care. The quality of treatment is outstanding.

We had our first visit at Kay and Paulus Ortho recently and overall it was really great. When you walk in, the front desk is very welcoming and personable. There was a friendly staff member who worked with us throughout the whole appointment, walked us thru each part of the visit and answered our questions. Dr. Paulus reviewed with us the upcoming procedure and answered our questions as well. My son felt very comfortable during his entire visit. The wait time was reasonable and my son's favorite part was the ice cream.

My daughter just got her braces off yesterday. This has been a 5 year process for her with 2 different phases. The staff and doctors at Kay & Paulus Orthodontics are amazing! You truly feel a part of their family once you are a patient there. The offices are spotless and the staff is so very accommodating and kind.

Very nice facility and staff! They explained everything so well, and was very detailed about it. This office was referred to us by our regular dentist and I wasn't looking forward to the drive there for every visit. But the drive is so worth Dr. Kay & Courtney were great! Looking forward to working with Dr. Kay to get my child's teeth on the right track!

If you have to spend thousands on your kids teeth you should do it here. The staff is awesome. They are accommodating and try to schedule when it's good for you. There's free coffee and ice cream and they fix your kids teeth without any screaming.

My son just received his braces off today! Throughout the last 20 months every member of this group has been very professional and respectful. With scheduling appointments they have been extremely accommodating working around our needs. It has been great being able to utilize any of the three local offices. Throughout the last two years my kids have needed to be seen between appointments to get wires fixed, brackets replaced, etc. The office staff have always worked to get them in as soon as possible. I actually use a different Orthodontics office but my orthodontics were closed for a full week when my daughter lost the key for her expander, I called their office to explain my weird situation and they ladies at the front desk were very Helpful and told me it wasn't a problem to stop by and pick one up. When I stopped by the front desk staff had one waiting for me. So friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!

Dr. Kay and Paulus and all of the staff are friendly, positive and always helpful. Our son got his braces off today and his teeth look perfect! We are so pleased with our experience with them.

My son has been at a patient of Dr. Kay's for several years. From our first appointment to our appointment today he and I have been treated with nothing but respect. When we were first looking for an orthodontist I "shopped around" and we almost went to another practice based on price.
