Coming from someone who has severe anxiety, Hagerstown Smiles is by far, the best around. I was back today for my routine cleaning. No anxiety at all as I walked in! To top it off, with today being National Donut Day, patients were given a free donut! Brittany was great and, of course, Dr Brandy, as well. I will forever recommend the office to my friends and family!

I was immediately made to feel welcome and the receptionist talked about my level of comfort. I was asked what I needed to feel comfortable and safe. I've never been asked that before in 54 years. The technician & doctor were also amazing; reassuring, relatable, and very personable. There aren't words enough to say how all of that combined for the best possible dental experience I could possibly have had!

It was my daughters first visit and everything was perfect! We got an appointment bright and early at 7 am. Everyone was in a good mood and super sweet to my 3 year old daughter. She felt comfortable instantly and never stopped smiling.

I'm not much of a dentist goer. However, I had a filling that was put in about 40 years ago that just decided to give me some pain. I made an appointment with Hagerstown Smiles as recommended by a family member. They were absolutely fantastic. From the initial cleaning and check up through the new filling, the staff was friendly, make you feel comfortable and welcome while being very professional.

I think I've found my new dentist office. The only improvement I would recommend is a heated and vibrating massage chair while they are probing around in your yap. Or maybe a nice serving of pie as you check out. Maybe a free car wash by the office staff. Just kidding. they were great.

I had a great experience at Hagerstown Smiles! I'd been hearing good things about this place for a while, and finally decided it was time to try it out when I started experiencing some sensitivity in my molars. I was greeted with a welcome gift (who doesn't love free stuff?) and treated like a friend right away. The hygienist was so kind and the doctor listened attentively to my concerns.

At past dentist's offices, I felt like they cared more about my teeth than me as a person, and didn't take my needs into consideration; but at Hagerstown Smiles they were sensitive to my financial issues and the sweet front desk ladies set me up with a savings plan that took a lot of the burden off of me. Throughout my visit, the hygienist and doctor explained everything they were doing during the visit to me (x-rays, periodontal exam, cleaning, fluoride, etc.) so I didn't feel like I was in the dark. It's clear they care about their patients as more than just customers. I would highly recommend this dentist's office, and for once I'm not dreading my next appointment! :)

So glad we switch to this dental office. They make you feel welcomed, and like an actual human being. Everyone, from the front desk, to the dr, to the hygienist, we're all incredibly friendly and great with my 9 year old. I highly recommend this office!

Hagerstown Smiles offers the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. every visit feels like hanging out with friends! My only worry is what I would do if Dr. Brandy and Agnes ever left, so today's visit I asked and they assured me that they're there to stay so I am too! I would highly recommend them and this office to anyone! They treat me so well. This office is extremely non judgmental and their work is A+

In a word, my first experience with Hagerstown Smiles Dental Care was EXCELLENT! Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I felt at home almost immediately. Dr Bruce and staff were great in answering questions and explaining treatments. I'm looking forward to a long association with this practice.

Today was my second visit to Hagerstown Smiles Dental and as the first one I was pleased with the staff and dentist that made sure my visit was pleasant. I would recommend using them to anyone who is currently not happy with your dentist. I had 2 extractions this time and the same for the first visit. What really made me smile was they are not so hard on your bank account. My first visit was over 2 years ago and I couldn't believe that it cost me the exact same amount both visits.

The staff is always so kind and friendly! That was especially appreciated today since it was my 3 year old first dentist visit. They were patient and reassuring when he was uneasy. He ended up loving his experience!
