Very friendly staff that go out of their way to make your visit as smooth as possible. Archana explained the details of my treatment in a simple way so that I could understand what needed to be done. When she would work on my teeth she was exceptionally gentle and professional. Great experience from beginning to end.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Archana did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth and was extremely gentle. She explained everything from start to finish and gave lots of helpful tips. Dr. Winebrenner was very nice and helpful too! Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience. It was my first visit with them. That entire visit, which was 90 mind., the hygienist Archana was very attentive to me, asking if I needed anything, asking if I was doing okay several times throughout the x-rays and cleaning, and was very kind-hearted. I would highly recommend them.

Love this dentist office. Everyone is super friendly. My daughter has been coming here for years and I have never had any issues. Edited to add: Archana was super nice. Super reassuring. Super gentle. She made my own dental experience a lot more relaxing.

The staff of Valley Dental is nice & supportive. They keep informing about my upcoming appointment well within time and also if any early appointment is available due to unexpected cancellations. Had good experience with Dr. Archana. She is very knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had. It was the painless dental experience on my visit. I highly recommend her & the Valley Dental office.

I don't normally put negative reviews out there but the more I thought about mine and my sons experience the angrier I have gotten. I brought my 4 year old to Valley Dental Associates to have a cavity fixed because he needed laughing gas which my regular dentist could not provide. We went for our first visit and I was told they prefer to have the child come back alone and would come get me if they need me. Sending him alone made me uncomfortable but with the promise that I would be invited back if he needed me I decided to book the next appointment.

Our next appointment, they take him back; I hear nothing so I assume it's going well. He comes out in tears and I was told they couldn't finish the filling because he wouldn't sit. They had to put a sedative filling in and I had to take him to yet another dentist. No one came to get me. I was not given the opportunity to comfort my 4 year old and potentially get through the filling.

They did DID NOT keep their word about coming to get me and the dentist did not even have the decency to come out and talk to me. I literally never saw or spoke to the dentist the day of the failed filling. In the end, I was charged $215 for the sedative filling and still have to go somewhere else and get charged again to have the tooth actually fixed. I am incredibly disappointed that I could not trust that someone would come get me when my child needed support and was then charged without the opportunity to support him.

Who likes going to the dentist? You will mind a little less if you become a patient here. Very friendly staff and efficient staff from the time you come in to the time you leave. They answer all questions and review options in detail for any issue. They make you feel like you're the only patient they have that day. Highly recommend

I waited a long time to start the process of liking my smile! I was nervous and a little scared but the staff of Valley Dental are exceptional they listen and care! Thanks for giving me a million reasons to smile and a great smile when I do!

The staff was so nice. They got me in for an appointment quickly and took excellent care of me. Dr. Winebrenner explained everything clearly to me. I felt very comfortable, like I had been going to them for years, and it was my first visit. I highly recommend this dental office.
