I have to say, I'm giving Potomac Dental Centre a 5 star, because I cannot give a 10 star. I had an infected tooth and called various places and the soonest I could get in was July. I made an apt for them within a week, but they had a cancellation, I was able to get in next day and had it pulled two days later (after being medicated). From the first phone call, to the welcome at the desk to the people who take you to meet the dentist are all amazing.

I had questions after my first appointment and called in and they were great at answering all my concerns. You can tell the "love their job". Piper and Dr. Logan were absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to make me comfortable to include a blanket and ear buds. I was very scared going into this appt because the last extraction I had, they gave me 7 shots, the dentist did not believe me that I wasn't numb and he pulled the tooth anyway.

I always vowed I'd never be awake for another pulling. I was awake and I am so impressed, I may be switching dentist (And I like my existing dentist) Great job to the team at Potomac Dental Centre. I used to run a business, so my level of expectation is high from a customer service standpoint. They exceeded it by far! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and a job well done on my teeth. I haven't gone to the dentist since before COVID lockdown. My teeth were in desperate need of a good cleaning. Denise was very kind and cleaned my teeth in a timely manner. She made me feel comfortable knowing I haven't been in for a cleaning for a while. My teeth feel great and I'm excited to use the products recommended to help the inflammation and bleeding of my gums.

This is also the first time I had an appointment in the new updated building and it's absolutely stunning and very clean. The front desk staff were also very sweet! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I found Potomac Dental while desperately searching for an emergency dentist due to tooth pain. I called several offices and spoke to some and left messages at others. I received a call back from PD the very next day and I was blown away with how I was treated just over the phone. Never had I experienced such empathy, compassion and professionalism all in one.

She listened to me and addressed my concerns and said no worries Mrs. Griffin, let me get you scheduled. I shared with her my EXTREME anxiety and even how I had been literally put out of other dentist offices. You wouldn't think that a dentist would do that but those other offices did. We can't help you is what I was told. PD assured me that I would be handled with respect and understanding.

Boy did they deliver! The staff is nothing short of amazing, from the time you walk through the door, until the time you leave. The hygienist is patient, kind and gentle. Dr Ret & Dr Logan are EVERYTHING! They take care of their patients and their needs. The level of patience & understanding they display is unmatched by any. This is super long I know, but I just needed to share and encourage anyone who may need care but has a hard time due to anxiety.

You don't have to settle and be somewhere where the staff makes you feel even worse. Thank goodness for Potomac Dental for providing me with a completely different experience. Call them, you won't be let down!

Exceptional experience, worth every penny I couldn't be more pleased I am terrified of the dentist and this was an absolute wonderful experience. I am a new patient, I fractured a tooth and I needed it taken care of right away, not only did they care of me right away, they did it with care and finesse - and no pain! I can't say enough about Dr. Logan, he is outstanding in my book! His dental assistant Jade was equally amazing, thank you team Potomac Dental!

I loved my first visit! Super nice staff-and I mean everybody! And very professional. The office is beautiful and comfortable. They worked with me and came up with an excellent treatment plan and the cost is the best I've found (and I've looked in VA and WV before coming here). I look forward to going back and starting my treatment.

The staff are super kind and make sure that things go smoothly. Stephanie and Piper are two wonderful ladies that made me feel welcome and comfortable made my experience go well. Dr. Rhett is kind and skilled at what he does. They did their best and I would go again.

I haven't even had any work done yet and I love this place! By far the nicest office I've seen, the girls are so sweet! My dentist knows his stuff and I'm excited for my upcoming appointments! Would def recommend! I'll be posting another review once I have my work done!

Had my first appointment yesterday at Potomac dental, although I was a little nervous and worried, Dr. Eklund and staff were great. They instantly made me feel very comfortable. They treated me like a real human being and not just someone with dental issues and less of a person. I was treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Eklund understood my issues and explained what could be done which really put me at ease. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Potomac dental. The whole staff were fabulous from the moment you enter the door. Can't say enough, just great.

Best dental office experience! The team is incredible, very warm and welcoming. I found my appointment to be very informative as well. They take their patients' oral health care seriously.
