Gone downhill. He left a pin in my tooth which is now stuck there for years. Beware! I visited a specialist who said the pin should not have been left in the tooth. Dr. Kroll should retire.

The whole experience was terrific. Welcoming and helpful front office staff. Had a great with the dental assistant and Stephanie made me feel secure and listen. She explained a new technique for fixing the tooth that was better and less painful than what I fear it might be. The more important is everyone seemed to have a great sense of humor. Thank You

In for an implant prep 2 1/2 hr visit where a 50+ years old bridge needed to be dismantled, one anchor tooth removed, impressions taken, and one implant abutment is installed into the bone. All went super well, the finest dental group around. Very caring and extremely professional. Phil Ranger

Having babies and Covid gave me a great excuse to avoid the dentist for a while, but eventually I had to go back after a (long) pause! Additionally, I wanted to find a dentist that could work for the entire family, adults and kids (ages 2, 4, and 6). I have not had a single negative experience or interaction since we started going. From the front desk, to the doctors, hygienist, assistants, and everyone in between.

They have been so great with the kids, who range from extremely compliant and love the dentist, to being not so excited to be there;) everyone is so kind and welcoming, they check in and follow up about any procedures, explain in detail what they are doing and make an otherwise stressful experience rather enjoyable!

I have been going to see Dr Philip Kroll & now Dr. Stephanie Kroll (both dentists) for years & years. I would never consider going anywhere else. When I lived back on the East Coast, I would still schedule my checkups during the times that I returned to Ventura. I have complete confidence in them. The office staff are kind & competent & the hygienists (especially Diana) are top-notch people.

I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental practice here in Ventura. A plus for me, as a senior, is that they've remained careful & consistent in their Covid protocols throughput the pandemic. You can't go wrong in choosing to get an appointment with this practice. Thank you.

Best dentist on this planet. Careful, thoughtful, professional care always. Dr. Kroll saved my teeth- had never been able to undergo teeth cleaning due to a gag reflex- he found a way around this. After doing a couple of implants to replace 2 teeth that were too far gone, things have been great. It cannot be overemphasized that Dr Kroll will NEVER hurt you - he will always find a painless alternative. I will NEVER go to another dentist. Thanks, Doc!

Dr. Stephanie Kroll, as per usual, came through for me in a crunch! Having chipped my front tooth this weekend and not wanting ro go through the Christmas holiday like this, Dr. Steph was able to get me in and fixed my tooth! No chippy tooth for this gal! It's been almost 2 years since I've seen the dentist I've put off having to go due to pandemic & my previous primary dentist office in another town had been closed off & on. I wanted to find a new dentist closer to home & fretted this whole time since having not gone to one that my teeth would be worse if I didn't address the issues, have a routine cleaning after so long, and am also admitting I'm one who dreads seeing the dentist.

After reading several pages of reviews on other sites ie Google, Yelp on really good dentists in Ventura County. "BOTH " Dr. Krolls' came up in reviews & also on our local Nextdoor app thread many, many other people highly recommended both Dr. Kroll's. Right from the get go communication has been superior with this doctors office. Beginning with going online (setting up & filling out paper work before my very first appointment) & the staff have all been very kind, & patient, thank you so much Sanna!

Some of my fears were calmed when dental tech Tara went over my dental history & concerns (which definitely helped relax me a bit before meeting the dentist). Absolutely NO judgements made, leaving me feeling better. Dr. Stephanie Kroll is professional! She explained everything in detail (layman terms) for me to understand what she was about to do, before & during my exam.

I'm so grateful I took the leap of faith into looking for a new dentist, she is so awesome! Thank you for making a HUGE positive difference today! Thank you to Lauren-dental hygienist, my teeth feel amazing you made this process go quickly & pain free! I would give more stars if I could to Dr. Kroll dentistry!
