Great office. Doctor Partovi is not only good listener but a super technician. She offers state of the art dentistry. If you need implants or want your teeth straightened also this office can do it all. She offers fantastic financial options to make things affordable. I recommend this office to everyone

Dr. Partovi is good but office staff is a mess. Phantom appointments, billing mistakes, people showing up late, forgetting to make follow-up calls. Also a growing tendency to up-sell on everything. I've been coming here for years but am starting to wonder if it's time to go elsewhere.

I've been a patient since 2016 and it's always a good experience. The staff are polite and professional and take care of me. I highly recommend this dental office!

Find another dentist! this dentist put a yellow crown on my daughter's beautiful white smile then asked her to pay to have it replaced.

For my first time visit it went great. They where straight forward with me n told me exactly what needed to be done I look forward to my next treatments to have a healthy smile!

I am so pleased with Plaza Dental Group. They are wonderful in the office and Dr. Partovi has a wonderful bedside manner, deeply cares about the care and comfort of the patients, easy to see. I have many dental issues and they took the time to do a very complete analysis and write-up of procedures needed so I can shop for better insurance. Nancy in the office is such an asset and has taken her time to help me. I have been to some terrible dentists so I highly recommend this group!

Excellent dentist! Dr Partovi did a complete and through examination. She then prepared a plan to treat my dental issues. Nancy explained the entire process including how we would work out the cost and payment. Honest and transparent about all my dental needs, I would recommend them highly.

I have no complaints about the quality of dental care offered by Plaza Dental. However, there is always a problem with billing. At the last visit they did 2 things that I had to pay for out of pocket. They did one service without telling me I had to pay. The second service they told me the price & asked if I wanted it. I get to the front desk & the bill is double what they told me.

Then I look at the bill & I was charged for a fluoride treatment than they did not provide. In a nut shell: great dentist Pay close attention to your bill. and tell them not to do anything without giving you a price.

I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! the staff at Plaza dental is absolutely amazing. I have been going to them for years. I have had several surgeries and a number of different issues/ cosmetic needs, regarding my teeth and Plaza dental has helped me fix these issues and now I LOVE my new smile! The prices are fair and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a very nice appointment. It was very informative. Nancy was very helpful in describing the different types of insurance. She is willing to work with me.

The doctor and her staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met. Most medical and dental offices you just come in check in and then you sit down and wait. But in this office you are greeted with a smile. You will find one of the most comfortable waiting rooms I have ever been in. Every aspect of my procedure so far has been explained thoroughly. For me to say, I relaxed in a dental chair is very unusual, but here I could. Thank you for making getting dentures a pleasant experience.

We had a emergency (tooth ache). Through a coworker I got a referral to Plaza Dental Group. We were greeted by Nancy who was soooo great about understanding the process and dealing with our insurance. Nancy is the best dental associate I ever dealt with. I'm 76 years old so I have dealt with many. Dr Partobi was also great - very skilled and informative. I highly recommend this dental office.

This is a lovely group of people. Every procedure was explained thoroughly and signed for before continuing. Their new office is bright and cheerful. I had to reschedule twice and did not hear one word of complaint, only a desire to be flexible.

FYI this place has relocated to Loma Vista. I wanted to share my and my husbands personal experiences with this place. My story: I've always had very good healthy teeth. My first cavity EVER was actually diagnosed at this place at the age of 25. I had been going for 2 years (so 4 visits total). I felt like every time I went back for my cleaning/check up the doctor found more cavities.

My last visit doc said I had a total of 9 cavities, I was appalled! I brush my teeth twice a day and floss daily. I get my regular cleanings twice a year and due to recommended fluoride treatment. So I ended up switching dentists, just had my check up/cleaning today with my new dentist and I have ZERO cavities! Also, I had multiple fillings done at Plaza Dental which repeatedly fell out.

The doctor tried to blame me for eating too many almonds.therefore causing damage to my fillings. What a joke. My husbands experience: long story short the doctor did work on the incorrect tooth. and he has had pain ever since. She tried to blame it on his past dentist's "bad work". The X-ray technician and dental hygienist were always super nice and very professional however!

Michelle & Nancy are terribly unprofessional and have the worst attitude. and if you owe a payment, they're going to call you from different numbers (most likely personal cell phones) and pester you! then they'll send all your info (including SSN) to someone to have them collect your bill just to find out they can't access your account because they sent the wrong information! on top of all of this, they had the nerve to hang up on me TWICE. BECAUSE MY INFORMATION WAS SENT OUT TO RANDOM PEOPLE WITH MY SSN. Partovi is great, but has terrible employees! partovi made me comfortable so i am sad to be leaving her. michelle and nancy should not be working with such a great dental group. xoxo, brittney

The staff at Plaza Dental Group in Ventura, are friendly and courteous every single time you visit. They are knowledgeable about dental practice, procedures and insurance coverage. They have made me feel comfortable about my dental treatment every step of the way, considering I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I discussed this with them and had no incidents. They made me feel right at home every single time. Dr. Partovi and her staff are an amazing team and I recommend them for your dental care needs.

The office staff and Dr. Parvoti is STELLAR! Pairing Hygienist Grace with Dr P was the best experience I have had in years! I had to change dentists recently because I no longer have dental insurance and my regular dentist out of pocket raised his costs. Dr Parvoti and her staff not only worked with me to make payment arrangements, but also were honest about what was going on with my gums.

I usually don't have issues but had slight gum recession. Grace called out legitimate "gum pocket numbers" (i think that's the routine name) and fixed my issue right there in the same appt avoiding an additional trip. ***They also suggested AND gave me a small piece of sugar free chewing gum to rest in my mouth during xrays. I tend to gag on bite wing pads but i had ZERO gagging.

I was never so comfortable in my life with xrays! :) It was the best experience. Even though I traveled further to go there, I will return AND refer family and friends. Thank you Dr Parvoti for your smarts and kind, well educated staff! One important additon to this review. This is the best dentist officeI have been to here in Ventura County! First I'll start off by saying that Dr. Partovi is awesome. She is great at what she does. She is very thorough and does not dismiss any of the concerns you may have. She is also VERY gentle and caring. Next I will say all of the dental hygentists do a very good job and are awesome as well!

They seriously go above and beyond here. I keep forgetting to ask the name of the hygentist that does my cleanings, but let me tell you, she is great. Here at Plaza Dental they truly care about their patients. You never wait long to be seen once you arrive. They are also very flexible with appointments and you do not have to wait foreverrrrr for an appointment like most dental offices.

The front desk ladies are also very sweet. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you Dr. Partovi and everyone else I have encountered there for making my visits the most comfortable and pleasant! I would recommend 100%! -Allyson

Dr. Partovi is by far the best dentist I have met she genuinely cares about her patients and is a professional in her field. I am pleased to find out her male assistant is a good man. I also understand the manager is a great lady. Nancy the hispanic lady can be a little interesting, to say the least. But this does not change how I feel about this office.

You can feel safe expressing any concerns because this Doctor will not dismiss you, she cares and she will listen. If you feel it is time to finally prioritize on your dental needs, I recommend you visit them and I hope you will have a good experience here too.

Never visit them. They dont mind turning down customers if they are not going to go for further procedure with them.

Expensive and very very bad customer service. Push to take service from them at the time if examination itself.

What the word. Crooks! I think that the first that come to my mind. Medical world has become ugly and there are the perfect example of it. In the middle of fixing my tooth, they tried to sell me a full cleaning, part of a contract, for some 3 years, of cleaning, something like every 3 or 6 months. Otherwise they would not be able to finish my tooth.

So basically they are blackmailing you in the middle of replacing your tooth to not finish the job, if you don't sign! So make you come 6 or 7 times for something that any honest dentist could do in 2 or 3. I had the same procedure 5 years before, it was done in 4 appointments for a cost 5 times less. Finally, I mentioned it to my insurance thinking that they would be interested to know the practices of their recommended dentists.they could not care less.after all everybody wins but the patient!

This office is like Family to me. Had a good cleaning today. I appreciate both Nancy's at the front desk, and Lauri did a great job on the cleaning!

Took my 12 year old daughter here today and had a wonderful experience! The dental hygienist Amy was amazing! Highly recommend this office!

Been going to this office for 20 plus years. This review is really for their unprofessionalism and how unorganized the entire office is. Dentist was always late for my appt. I would have to leave before she would even show. My last treatment the dentist butchered my mouth and my teeth are still not the same. The office was suppose to call me back for follow up never called, now they have sent me to collection.

I didn't realize a few hundred dollars of money owed was more important than a lasting relationship with a patient and her family. I would consider another office before visiting this office!

The customer service at the front desk of this place is horrible. Both Nancy's never call us back when we're trying to find out why we are being billed and they schedule dentist appointmenst for our kids and we get text messages too for appointments we never made, then I call during business hours and no answer. They only to scheldule kids in afternoons which means your children must miss school to go to the dentist in the morning. That is completely wrong! I'm changing dentist and you should too.

I've since learned that the doctors are not married - just correcting an erroneous statement in my previous review. I still stand by everything I wrote in the first one other than that! :

I drive quite a way for Doctor Partovi. She cares about what she does, and her office staff are just super. About two years ago, I had a crown that needed replacing. In two office visit, they managed to take put a temporary, and then finalized it. Great service, great dentist!
