If you are up for condescending Dentists that is running a multi layer complex system to be seen, with COVID paranoia you found them. I highly recommend finding a different dentist. They cancelled my appointment when I was 1/2 mile from their place due to the fact I was by some one who identified with COVID ten days prior to my appointment. I have no signs, been fully vaccinated and they have over the top precaution in place( I'll give them that). Anywhoo after calling me everyday prior to the appointment to make sure I was coming to then sending a questionnaire the night before my appointment on covid exposure then the questionnaire ending with we look forward to seeing you and then cancelling right before my arrival is a bit to far.

Good luck Mona Lisa, I serve in the military so you can be free to be a caustic organization. Your welcome! But I won't be going back. You cost to much for this headache. They also had a laundry list of issues that were not previously found by my other dentist, and military dentist. huh sounds similar to other posts I just seen on here. Save your self time and look elsewhere.

I usually dread visiting the dentist. But with Dr V's or Dr. Menna's gentle hands its always a pleasant one. Thus, my entire family goes here. Office staff are always warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I had a deep scale cleaning here and had a lot of pain and sensitivity afterwords, had to wait 24 hours for prescription to be called in after being told it was already called in. Not sure why they werent more proactive calling it in right after I left so I could pick it up on my way home. Maybe its because they are all focused on getting a virus?

Separate door handle walking in, forced to wash hands and wear a mask. And when I filled out their questionnaire about COVID19 I was turned away because I decline to get tested for COVID19 or take the vaccine. I refuse to do business with someone that takes such an authoritarian stance. I have an immune system and live in a country where it is my choice to choose what I want to do with my body.

I would rather die then be forced to get tested like a guinea pig or change my genetic code by a vaccine that has killed others. This policy of theirs is discriminatory and I wouldnt recommend other people to them.

Very poorly managed. They turned my wife away and cancelled her appointment after weeks of waiting for it. She scheduled our appointment weeks in advance for a routine cleaning. She showed up early to fill out the new patient information. When it came time for her appointment, they turned her away for not yet being vaccinated. This is the first we had heard of this policy of theirs.

I understand why they would choose to require this, you'd think they would have the courtesy to notify patients earlier rather than making us wait weeks just to be turned away. Such a waste of time! They weren't willing to make any accomodations for her for their failure. Her appointment was cancelled and she was sent home. We will take our business elsewhere and you should too.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wish I had been warned about this place. I had gone years ago when they first opened, and had a good experience. After moving away and moving back, I decided to try them again. The dentist told me I had 10+ cavities. I was shocked, since I had seen another dentist 6 months prior and had no issues. But of course I didn't want to leave anything untreated, so I went in for fillings.

They did half of them, and these are the worst fillings - they hurt when I bite on them, they feel "flat" instead of having grooves like teeth, and they made my Invisalign not fit anymore. My teeth have started to shift since I can't wear my aligner anymore. I went back to have them "fixed" and they drilled a bunch but didn't solve anything. Now, six months later I have gone to a new dentist, who can see the shoddy work that was done and also told me I have no other cavities (even though I only completed half the fillings this place told me I needed). I honestly walked out of this place in WORSE shape than when I went in, and it feels like it was all about money. I'll never be back.

I was not informed in advance that they charged a $10 COVID fee which is not acceptable to me so I will take my business to another dentist.

Let me start off by saying I hated going to the dentist before I came here. Both the DR's are very gentle and kind, so is the entire staff. I have gotten 3 wisdom teeth removed and two fillings with crowns done here ( worth every penny ). And no you don't get free movie tickets for leaving a good review lol where do people come up with this stuff.

The staff is super friendly and nice. i went to the clinic because a filling fell off my tooth. Dr Rossana does the job and solves the problem as she kept repeating' Unfortunately she was incapable of demonstrating empathy and was not kind or gentle - qualities I find indispensable in a health care provider. She kept saying I had to extract my wisdom tooth, did not show a drop of empathy and seemed in a rush to finish the job. I hope I dont have to go back. Ever.

I loved the care of Doctor Menna she is very friendly and an excellent professional besides speaking Portuguese, also all the attendants are very friendly.

I wanted to share my great experience, they were able to take me in right away. Pricing is very reasonable and they are very detailed. Thank you to the team at Mona Lisa Dental. I would refer my friends and family to you location.

Awesome dental service! Been coming here for years and have no complaints Doctors and staff are awesome.

Do not go here! Patient safety and comfort are not a priority here. They pushed a fluoride treatment before I was even seen- wanted to do 17 x- rays (said that is routine). Dr Menna barely said hello and started talking (pushing) all the work I could have done- I could see the $$$ signs in her eyes as she said I could have a root canal redone(yeah, no- who in their right mind would choose to do that?) to top it off, I received the most aggressive, uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had. I asked to rinse with mouth wash and Dr Menna asked the tech to get some out of the public bathroom (is that sanitary?) overall, a horrible experience

I went here for my annual exam after moving into the neighborhood last year. Everyone was nice and the exam was fine- until I got the list of recommended repairs that was $930.00! One year prior I had a normal exam and as a physician, this seemed like a scam. So I went to see a different dentist last week- who cleaned my teeth and sent me home without any recommended repairs. Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged. Also, they offer free tickets if you put a review on yelp, so you really need to question the great reviews on here.

Office had been able to get me in for emergency appointments. They also have Friday appointments. Very good with billing process. I never had surprises and my balances were minimal. I stopped going because it felt like they were calling me way too much to solicit using my dental benefits. I can see some might need a reminder but it was several calls either at the 6 month cleaning mark or year end.

Husband and wife partnership as dental providers is a seamless collaboration. It does not matter who gets to take care of the patient. They both do an awesome and caring job. The rest of the staff are very disciplined and attentive to further needs of the patient.

Mona Lisa Dental is a great place with great customer service. They always giver great tips on how to take care of my teeth for the long run. I appreciate everything they do for me!

The Staff at Mona Lisa have always been awesome. Front desk are the best! Very accommodating, very sweet. Since I didn't have dental insurance they notified me of a dental discount plan that really helped me to afford the work I needed done.they didn't need to tell me about that. They definitely care! Dr. V is extremely patient and takes his time until you are comfortable, he will continue making even the smallest of adjustments until it feels right to you. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Doctor V is great. He takes his job very seriously and is very detail oriented (and very gentle). He and all the staff are very nice and make you feel welcome. Always easy to schedule and they're really good reminding you of your appointment. I definitely recommend them!

My husband and I have been going to Mona Lisa for five years. The staff and Dr V are outstanding. Dr V is the most gentle and kind dentist I have ever visited. He is so caring and honest. He makes sure that the procedures performed are explained well. The front desk ladies have excellent customer service skills and patience with scheduling appointments. I would recommend Mona Lisa to anyone.

Best dental stuff of my life. Couldn't have imagined a better experience. The Drs are really Amazing and make you feel comfortable.

They were able to fit me in quickly. Also, the staff and Dentists we very polite. I was in and out in under an hour which I like.

Dr. V and his staff are simply wonderful. I've been going for more than 5 years. I have real dread before any dental procedure. I walk into the office anxious, and the staff have always done an amazing job of not letting me wait and fret. Dr. V spends time to explain things to me before we do anything. I feel their treatment has been incredibly respectful towards my fear of dentists

I'm so happy with my dentist Dr. V! I've been going there for about 4 years and no complaints. I've had cleanings, fillings, crowns and Clear Correct (like Invisalign) Great staff and great Doctors. Very happy!

My family and I have been going to Mona Lisa for 3 years now. I had a terrible infection when my wisdom teeth we coming in. Dr. V and Dr. Menna both took great care of me. They removed the infection and the wisdom teeth without causing further pain. The surgery work Dr. V did couldn't have been better. Never taking our family anywhere else. BEST DENTISTS EVER.

My family had gone to this dentist for five years. Every time you go there it appears that their MAIN concern is getting your $$$$. They ask for payment up front, even though we have full dental insurance, and they collect upfront which is unusual. However we went with it. This last time, my small child was having some work done. As usual we were apprised of the cost upfront, and paid upfront what we were quoted.

However WHILE MY CHILD WAS UNDER SEDATION, it was determined that some addtl. work needed to be performed. I agreed to this work. The doctor MENNA (the female dentist here).wanted to STOP THE PROCEDURE and discuss financial arrangements OVER my child's head while he was being worked on. My husband snapped.totally unprofessional, totally inappropriate.

It is CLEAR that the ONLY thing they CARE about is getting their hands on my money. Seriously? ALL of this conversation could have been done AFTER the work was completed on my son and we were leaving the office. You do not talk finances, financial arrangements or anything of the sort when you have a small child under sedation. As I said it's not like we were new patients.

We had been going here since they opened. This conversation could have WAITED. I found that in the time I went there, that both the dentists first concern was getting your money. Period. Not patient care, and not acting professionally. This is a married couple. Obviously they have a long way to go in learning appropriate treatment standards of care for their patients.

I will NEVER go there again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. If you don't mind being treated as nothing more than a wallet, even if you HAVE viable dental insurance coverage's be my guest. But their bedside manner definitely leaves something to be desired. This was the FINAL straw. As a result of this latest incident we are taking all 4 people in my families business elsewhere to a dentist who appreciates their patients. RUDE, Unprofessional, uncooperative, argumentative. Highly inappropriate.

Been going here about 4 years. Hands down the best Dentist I've ever been to. No problems getting appts. (not open Friday or weekends), both he and his wife are very up on current treatments. What is amazing is everytime I've had any major work done the Dr. has actually called me to see how I'm doing. Office staff is very friendly and very little turn over. I actually, kind of, enjoy going to the dentist now. And pricing is very fair and they handle insurance well.
