Dr Suda is wonderful and his team is so helpful and friendly love this doctor.

This place is horrible. I'll be contacting ncdb. They stomp on your rights, they refuse to give you the information to do a formal complaint against a doctor. How can you treat someone without a name? They literally refuse to give the so called doctors name. As well as not willing to give supervisors contract information. They literally said no one is above me like I dont know better.

Keep your family safe stay away from this place. And if someone in charge sees this I expect a reply for further resolution. The doctor is a risk to her patients and the supervisor is a danger to your practice

I was nervous about getting my booster but everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Horrible service! Called to reschedule the appointment for my son and the lady was so rude and hung up on me.

Why on earth do you send out emails with instructions to call about getting monoclonal antibodies when you have a recording in continuous loop, never answer and when you instruct the caller to leave a phone number there is no return call. Absolutely pitiful.

The voicemail system needs improvement. And I wish a on call Dentist could be linked up with the local Emergency room's. I know I sound out of bounds. But it is out of bounds not being able to have your teeth checked out, but you can get the rest of your body looked at. Yes dental clinic's are around but a emergency is just that sometimes it's urgent. -Urgent Care- Need to schedule a appt. God Bkess!

My child goes here for pediatrics and I have had a great experience besides today. My religious belief is no vaccines and Dr. Sakache decided to basically say that my child will die without a vaccine. I never had her as a provider and I will never have her as one ever again. It's one thing to give me advice but it's another to try to go to the extreme and say things like that.

My mother has 10 kids none of us are vaccinated and we were all born at home with no issues! But the other providers that my child has seen has been great, the front desk employees are also great & very sweet.

I am very impressed with the Cabarrus Health Alliance. The COVID vaccine clinics at Cabarrus Arena were extremely well organized and very efficiently run. Everyone at the clinics was pleasant and helpful. The website made it easy to schedule appointments, and when we needed to call the Health Alliance, they quickly helped us with our questions.

Brought many elderly family members and neighbors and today my husband and I got our 2nd doses. By far the most organized I've seen and the friendliest staff and volunteers that made it a fun experience. Cant say enough great things! God bless them all!

With 1st & 2nd shot I received a great experience. Everyone I interacted with answered all question, was so nice & geniuninly concerned for my well being. With this past year being so stressful with the virus it is nice to know we not only have the vaccine, but have such great health care teams to take care of us & ease our minds!
