Love this Orthodontic office. Both of my children had brace there and their teeth look absolutely wonderful. The staff is so friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. My kids enjoyed going to appointments.

Really loved Cathy Tucker and her services. She really was hands on and very professionally and timely. Dr Casellas is always straight forward with what you need and how to get it done.

We were ushered in by a professional group of women that made our initial installation of my daughter's braces forever memorable. From the lady at the front desk that brandished a smile that would light up anyone's day to the master orthodontist, Shaun that made the experience impeccable! Not to mention the dentist was funny! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Casellas for a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next visit with you!

Dr. Casellas is an awesome Down to earth doctor! I felt confident upon leaving my appointment for braces because I know I am in great hands. From the moment I walked in till the second I left The entire staff were friendly and attentive to anything I needed. Cathy made my day and assured me everything I requested would be taken care of. Everything was not only done professionally but done with compassion in a timely manor!

Thank you also for the lotion I needed on this snowy day! I recommend coming here for your Dental Needs I could sit here all day and talk to the Doctor all day literally, super cool!

Very pleasing experience. I was greeted by Jamie and April, very warm and professional. Most definitely positive vibes. I was treated by Cathy, who also shared the same warmth and professionalism as the rest of the staff. Dr. Casellas makes you feel really comfortable about the whole process. I am pleased I decided to choose "Casellas Orthodontics" to perfect my smile.

Doctor Casella was always nice and helpful, he explained everything and always helped if you had a question about anything. The rest of the staff was great. Very nice and helpful, they always did their job great. I definitely recommend going here!

I must say that having braces in the longest and hardest thing I have ever done, but it is definitely worth it. today I got my braces off and just wanted to share how good of an assistant Cathy is (hope you read this Cathy). When i first got braces i really looked like a nerd, for real. But I soon realized that it was worth it because if you look at all of the assistants' teeth in that building you get an idea of what braces does for you. Finally, I just want to say that it is literally like when they hire the assistants and doctors they look for the nice people. The only person that I know that is nicer is my mom. So I just want to say thank you to all the people(especiallyCathy), Thank You

I've been a patient here for 3 years and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Having braces isn't the most pleasant thing but the staff have made my experience better. Recently I've had Cathy working on me and she's great and gentle. She lets me know what she's doing and when, she gets me in and out. If you have/want/need braces this is the place to be. Very professional.

Dr Casella is a great, down to earth doctor! I also had Cathy when i got my braces off. I have had her a couple of other times also. She is so sweet and kind to patients! 10/10 would recommend coming here if you're looking for an orthodontist!

We have been coming to Dr Casella since October 2020. Every visit has been very pleasurable and anytime I've had to call the office, I've received a call back with in 24 hours. Jamie is a sweet young lady and makes us feel at ease when we come in. The entire staff has been helpful and kind. Keep up the great work!

I have been bringing my daughter to see Dr. Casellas for almost a year. He is amazing and so is his staff. We NEVER wait longer than 5 minutes to be put in a room and as soon as we're in we are seen within 5 minutes. The staff is so friendly and sweet and we absolutely love Jamie!

This place is terrible. Every single time my son has an appointment, we wait for at least an hour in the waiting room. The front desk girls are rude, their hours are horrible, and the Orthodontist doesn't care for his patients, nor the concerns brought to his attention. My son leaves there in pain every time, and is upset. They know he has anxiety issues yet they do nothing to explain what they are doing, or why.

We will be discontinuing treatment ASAP and switching to another, much more reputable orthodontist next week. I could go on and on about how terrible it is here, so I hope anyone reading this will just take my word for it.
