Dr. Oscar Celis and Assistant Daliah are top notch. They are professional and caring. My case was not easy. But they walked me through every step of the process, which made me feel at ease. Honestly, they were both my Angels. I do not give this kind of review lightly. As a matter of fact I typically do not give reviews at all. However, my dental journey was made easier because I knew they had my best interest at heart. It is my honor to recommend them to family & friends.

I have been coming here for about a year now with Doctor Alejandro. They always provide amazing service. The Staff is Amazing, my Doctor is Amazing. Doctor Alejandro always goes above and beyond to help me with my teeth. He does excellent work and always tries to make my teeth look good. Just yesterday he did some fillings in my front teeth and made them look amazing!

I can finally smile now! I was embarrassed of my front teeth because of their appearance and I was afraid to smile. Now I can smile thanks to him. I have my smile back! Thank you!

I was seen promptly and I feel I an trust Dr Alejandro Celis when he thinks work needs to be done. The cost seems reasonable for the work required, , compared to what I have paid in the past. I like that he does not seem rushed and his office looks neat and clean.

Front desk lady was very friendly. The doctor and assistant made sure I was ok while they were cleaning my teeth as I know many of us hate going to the dental office. Love the environment super relaxing

It has taken me years to find a dentist that I felt comfortable with as I am just terrified of them. The first time I went into the office the front desk staff are amazing and very friendly including the hygienist. On my appointment consultation I spoke to the dentist Dr Celis and we went over some options on what we could do in my situation he took his time explaining everything and that's how I knew that he was the right dentist.

One thing I'm terrified about is the injections to numb you I didn't even feel that at all he also had to extract two teeth I did not even feel when he did that. I am still going thru some treatments but my fear of dentist is a lot less now that I have found him. So if you FEAR going to a dentist visit Montague Dentistry you will not be disappointed.

This is such an unprofessional and unethical office. I called since yesterday and continued today to get my husband in on an emergency appt because his lower partial needed an adjustment which was causing severe pain and discomfort. The front desk said she would need to check my insurance and also had to talk to the doctor. She called back and said manager Juanita wasn't in and that she handled this kind of emergency and also said doctor would not adjust his partial cause he didn't do that kind of procedures.

What kind of doctor would refuse seeing a patient either because I had delta dental HmO or was too busy to see us. I was told to call back today at 10am to talk to Juanita but she called in sick and they were short handed. I do not recommend this office they don't care about taking care of their patients I wouldn't give then any ratings.

This dentist Oscar Celis office is very unprofessional. They cancel my appt 3 times already before I ever had a chance to go in. I have been waiting for over 3 months to get this appt. because they said they were busy and all booked up. So I waited forever this appt on Monday after waiting so many months. Someone from the dentist called me on a Friday to cancel my appt on Monday because she said there's an emergency.

I think her name was Danielle. But not sure if it was Juanita. Anyways it was rescheduled for the next day which was Tuesday. I asked her if they will make sure they won't cancel that appt since I'm not allow to bring my baby and other kids to the appt. She told me no kids allow. So I said ok I'll make childcare arrangement. Then on Monday, I get a call from Juanita who said she was the office manager.

I was out at that time. She told me that she has to cancel my appt again because of a emergency. I told her they already cancel and I had already made arrangements for my kids to be watched. She told me she can fit me next week at 11am. I said fine. I'll take that appt. A few hours later, I called to confirm my appt since I never got a text or email from Juanita. Danielle answered the phone a few hours later and told me my appt is moved back to 3.5 weeks later.

I was so mad. I asked why they kept canceling my appt. I am well past my 8 months of wait. I'm not going to wait another month. I asked Danielle can they move up some other patients because it's not fair they keep canceling my appt. She told me because I'm a new patient, the other patients are a priority. I said but this is not fair.

Please make an exception because it was not my fault they keep having emergency and canceling my appt. I, of course was mad. I raised my voice because I'm frustrated that I have to make my day and time available and make arrangements for my kids and they act like I'm not important just because I'm a new patient. And I'm pretty sure due the circumstances, they should be able to make an exception and squeeze me in.

Then Juanita (office manager) took the phone from Danielle and told me because I'm being rude, she will cancel my appt which was set for almost another month back and I am no longer welcome as a patient. I called my insurance and file a report. They said what they did is wrong and I have a right to be frustrated because I didn't expect Juanita to just cancel my appt didn't care about why I'm so frustrated.

I have a life too. I can't keep making appt and they keep saying they there's an emergency. Juanita shows no concern about how a person feels and how busy their lives can be. All she care about it taking patients who have better insurance. I understand that Danielle was just doing her job and maybe I should not raise my voice at her but I was upset.

But for Juanita to take the phone and gave me no warnings or bother talking to me when I was just saying I'm sure they can make some accommodations to fit me in the schedule sooner, she just cancel my appt. She's heartless knowing I have kids and I'm very busy and yet my appts keep getting pushed back. I have never seen that many emergencies in any dentist place where they have to reschedule numerous times.

Oscar did a great job with my fillings! He made me feel comfortable for my first time and I felt little to no pain in the process. Def best dentist out!

I have been a proud & satisfied customer for over 10 years now! The staff & the Dr.'s are All Amazing. if y'all want your Dental needs done right the first time, I highly recommend this establishment.

I chose this Dentist due to the reviews on Yelp. My issue is the lack of communication, shady billing, and violation of my HIPAA rights. During my visit, the dentist told me I had cavities behind my braces (brackets) and I needed to take my brackets off prior to getting them treated. I made an appt with my ortho but I forgot the paper with the listings on them.

I called and the receptionist to inquire if she could fax them. She was very rude and said they are on my molars. As a result, my ortho said they wouldn't have to take my brackets off. (I could have started treatment a while back if I had known this information). I've only had 1 cavity in my life and after coming here I was told I had 6 more.

When my ortho looked at my mouth he said he couldn't see any and recommended I get a second opinion. 2) My husband went here too and was told he needed over 500$ worth of cleanings? What? 3) I asked for a copy of my daughter's chart because they billed a "debridement" but NO ONE communicated that she had a wound or infection that needed to be cleaned. Additionally, They refused to give me her chart after I asked.

This is in violation of my rights under HIPAA. The lack of communication, shady billing practices, and HIPAA violations are a no for me. Getting second opinions and changing dentists, ASAP.

I have been going here for over 10 years and during the pandemic Covid-19, I had damage a dental implant, I called doctor Oscar and he immediately scheadule an appointment and took care of me on the same day! He also went out of his way and I was totally satisfied & grateful, This establishment is well prepared for the coven 19 guidelines, I highly recommend it!

Dr. Alejandro Celis and his team are a first class crew that created an AMAZING and SPOTLESS dental office, literally the best I have ever been to! I willingly travel from San Francisco for every appointment, its worth it! Unlike others, Dr. Celis and his team will show you your x-rays and diagrams and detail exactly what his plan is and why for your personal care.

He explained procedures and processes in an easy to understand manner that had me feeling completely relaxed and confident in his work. He and his team truly take their time to create a completely pain free process, literally and metaphorically, from start to end. Under his care, my overall dental health has vastly increased. I have been going to this office for the last five years and I can vouch for their services, integrity and professionalism. They are forefront about the work that needs to be done as well as the financial implications with my insurance. If your insurance provides coverage, I'd recommend you give this dentistry a chance.

I recently moved to US and had issues with my jaw - I found this dentistry near my apartment. Dr Alejandro and all staff personel is great, it is easy to make an appointment, the clinic is very clean. It was very good experience and I will return there for my next appointment.

Superb service. I'm very thankful for this office because of their great, quality dental work. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed and am very pleased with the results and procedure. Really quick service and skilled professionals. They even sent me a digital copy of my mouth x-ray scan for my possession at my request! Haha great stuff doctors!

Okay services, the $50 extra charge to cancellation even if you call them 24 hours ahead. Worst condition to lock the customer :( I am never going there again :(

I came to this office looking for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Celis, was super friendly and helpful. He asked regarding my needs and wants besides just telling me what he thinks. Based on that we were able to come up with a plan that was perfect for my needs. Rocio was a great help, she efficiently provided billing information. Her customer service is excellent. I have been a patient at this clinic for several years and I have always received a great service not only from both of Dr. Celis but also from their entire staff. I have had major treatments including 5 crowns, fillings, and cosmetics and I couldn't be happier with their work and the quality of the materials they use. Dr. Celis have replaced some of my old crowns which were not old at all but were just coming apart and since, my new crowns (which by now are 2-3 year old) are still in perfect condition and beautifully done.

A plus, I am lucky not to be to nervous with injections but other dentists still made me hurt a little; with Dr. Celis, I barely felt the sting. Great doctors, I highly recommend them.

Dr Oscar has been my dentist for three years now! I bring my family only to his office for all of our dental needs. I commute from Pleasanton, yes, its absolutely worth it! I want the best Dentist for my oral health. He is gentle and takes his time on procedures! The assistants are more like friends now! They all look after me incredibly well. I have had five implants, cleanings etc.

This office holds themselves to high standards of quality care & work, no shortcuts! Side note: The office is clean and modern, the views are of Milpitas high rolling green hills; it's a little piece of heaven, just lovely!

Don't believe what these dentists tell you! It is hard to believe that these dentists want only cash not my insurance money. Most of the proposed procedures that are covered by my insurance; but they want only cash. Very unprofessional and unethical!

Recently stumbled across Montague Hills Dentistry through my list of providers on my insurance. I usually don't take the time to review places, but Dr. Celis & staff are nothing short of professional and friendly. I had my first crown done as well as cleaning on two separate occasions and left happy with the quality of work done. Thanks Dr. Celis & team!

I've been going to Montague Hill Dentistry for the past couple years now, and I highly recommend this dentistry. When I was in elementary school, one of my front tooth got chipped and I had to get a porcelain crown. Throughout the years the metal underlying the crown's porcelain started to show a dark line which was very embarrassing! When I went to Dr. Celis, he recommended a new LAVA technology. for a crown Dr. Celis and his staff made the process painless and easy.

My new LAVA crown looks so natural and even feels natural. I can definitely see and feel the difference between my old crown. People are always amazed when I tell them my front tooth is a crown. I've also had my silver fillings replaced to match the color of my teeth. Dr. Celis and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The office itself is very clean and modern.

You also have a great view of the hills while you're getting work done. I highly recommend Dr. Celis and this dentistry for those who are looking for cosmetic work and just regular cleaning etc.
