Dr. Lum has been our family dentist for about 8 years, and we are very happy here. The staff are so nice and attentive, the office is very clean and bright. Scheduling is easy, and COVID precautions are still in place. I have had lots of fillings and procedures over the years from other offices, and had at least 4 other dentists while studying or living in other places, but Dr. Lum is by far my favorite. He never recommends unnecessary procedures, and the ones that have been done are not painful at all. Our kids (4 and 8) are also happy coming here and leave with smiles.

Very professional and upfront in analyzing dental procedure needed to be done. Dental hygienist (Norma) is always on hand preparing all the required X-ray and Christine efficiently follow up with dental insurance coverage and billing. There's no surprise billing here like other health insurance. You also get all the advice from Dr. Lum of how to take care of your teeth and you're in good hand when emergency arises with dental infection and needing prescription or instruction of what to do. We've been with Dr Lum since 2006 and really happy and grateful for taking care of our dental need.

Great dental office, everyone is professional and friendly. Highly recommend using them for all of your dental needs.

My husband and I went to our first appointment with Dr. Lum today. He explains everything in detail and answers all our questions. His staff is friendly and very helpful. They provide above and beyond service. We will continue to get our dental care at Dr. Lum's office!

Dr. Lum and staff Christine make the dental experience great! When I came to Dr. Lum, he gave me a thorough assessment of the overall dental condition. He found some problems and gave me options to treat them right away. He referred me to a very good Periodontist for specialized treatments. Fast forward to a year later, I had multiple treatments at both the Periodontist and Dr. Lum.

My dental health returned to the level I want. Also, Christine (Dr. Lum's patient interface) is very efficient and flexible to work around my schedule. Thank you Dr. Lum and Christine. I highly recommend this team.

I felt very safe going to see Dr. Mike during Covid-19. The office takes patient safety very seriously and it was apparent even before I got there. The pre-appointment survey made me confident the necessary precautions were being taken and I would leave the appointment healthy. Of course, Dr. Mike did a great job on my teeth as always.

This facility is well run by an courteous and efficient staff, Dr. Lum is very careful and informative. They're up to date with all procedures needed to keep us and themselves safe. Highly recommend this location for dental needs

I love this place, I have been recommending this place to my family. I've been to many dental places, I know what is good vs bad place, so when I found a great one, I have to keep it and spread the words. Mostly I love a quality work from Dr. Lum, he cleaned my teeth himself twice, before and after tooth polishing done by hygienist. I love Christine, the receptionist, who is always cheerful and listening to all my requests.

The place is not very new, but the quality is all it matters. I've been to the spa dental place closeby with lakeview and massage chair but the quality is not comparable. Plus, Christine helped me work with my insurance to order my retainers for free. This place is authentic, it is not a place where everything is splendid looking but the quality is not up to its appearance. Love love love it!

The office is so clean which is always a great sign at any health related office! Christine is so helpful and thorough! Setting up appointments via text makes it very easy and convenient. Norma gets the ball rolling and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Mike has an awesome chairside manner. He's friendly, engaging and takes time to explain things in detail. Highly recommend this practice!

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. They have a great practice and I would never consider going to another dentist. Mike is a really good dentist, always explaining each step of each procedure beforehand and always leaving me feeling comfortable. Norma is the perfect assistant: gentle and always anticipating my needs during the procedures. Christine manages every aspect of the office, always on top of insurance and appointments -- she sends txts and email calendar reminders so I don't have to worry about scheduling.

Dr. Lum and his team are the best. From beginning to end, no matter what, I always leave happy. Christine at the front desk is the sweetest and very helpful when it comes to insurance and scheduling. Norma is always kind and caring when it comes to helping Dr. Lum during the cleaning process. Dr. Lum is very gentle, thorough, and does a really good job. My family has been coming to Dr. Lum and his father for years and I hope to continue this when I have children of my own. Thank you so much for being a great dentist!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mike! He is literally the best dentist I've ever gone to. I also love Christine (front desk) and Norma (Dental hygienist). They always go above and beyond for my family. I live about over an hour away but that has never been an issue. It is totally worth the drive! Now that I'm moving to Texas, I'll still plan to see him. It's hard to find people that genuinely care and the whole office really does. They feel like family!

Clean small office the receptionist tried to deny me to be seen by the dr. Im pleased by the Dr front desk not soo good. Im pregnant and didnt want x-rays done i had done previous x- rays done by a different dentist i was about to be denied to be seen soo i agreed to a partial x-ray. I have a choice either a root canal or extraction. The choice is difficult still looking for the right dentist maybe holding off on the option. I dont want to cause harm to me and my developing baby. Undecided

I used to dread going to the dentist, and the fact that you had to go twice a year was awful. Thankfully my uncle suggested I try going to his dentist, Dr. Mike. I felt at ease even during my first visit. He and Norma are gentle, yet thorough which is all I could ever wish for. And of course, Chrisitine! She is super helpful, accommodating, and such a joy. I highly recommend this office!
