The surgical staff at Oral Care Associates consists of experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in surgery and the administration of I.V. anesthesia. Staff members are well-trained in all aspects of the care we provide, including post-surgical services and patient support. Oral Care Associates' administrative staff members are well-versed in health and insurance policies.
Services
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Oral Care Associates is regularly open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer Care Credit. Care Credit is a 12 month zero interest payment plan (pending credit approval). We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due one week prior to the time planned for the surgical procedure or service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
