After practicing in various busy group practices both in Massachusetts and the Bay Area, Dr. Pham wanted to serve patients in a more relaxed, family oriented atmosphere. He opened North Valley Dental under the philosophy that all patients deserve high quality care. Dr. Pham is a strong advocate for his patients and is constantly improving his knowledge and skills in dentistry through various continuing education coursework. He believes in preventive dental care and always takes time for patient education.
Dental X-rays are important for many reasons. They can expose hidden dental decay; reveal a dental abscess, cyst or tumor; show impacted or extra teeth; and also help determine the condition of fillings, crowns, bridges and root canals. Dental X-rays can also reveal bone loss from periodontal (gum) disease, locate tartar buildup, find foreign bodies within the gum or bone, and see if there is enough bone for the placement of dental implants. These are just some of the many reasons why dentists rely on dental X-rays.

A: The American Dental Association recommends each child's first dental visit be at one year of age. Check-ups at a young age are necessary to diagnose and prevent future dental complications.

Clean, professional, friendly and clean again. You can't ask for much more when choosing a dentist. Dr. Pham and his staff have been nothing short of phenomenal over the years I have been visiting this office. I would highly recommend this him to make you feel comfortable in an environment where most people normally aren't.

Been going here for years. The office is always clean, the staff and dentists are friendly, professional and always puntual when it comes to appointments. I like how they will remind you couple of weeks before and the day before the appointment! Overall, this is a very friendly, kind, and professional office.

Like everybody else, I dread going to the dentist. But this time, I think I've found a good dentist that I actually wouldnt mind seeing again.and thats saying a lot for me. This is a very new and clean office, and everyone that works there was very friendly and professional. It didnt feel like a typical dental office. Doctor Pham actually took the time to answer my concerns and explain averything to me. HAnds down, this is the best dental office Ive been to. This will be my permanent dentist from now on. So, if youre looking for a good dentist, I recommend coming here.
