I went to see Dr. Wei this morning for making a crown for my damaged tooth. This was a very difficult case for all the dentists due to my mouth shape and the position of the damaged tooth. I had been very nervous for this procedure. Dr. Wei has been very good at calming me down before the procedure. Explained treatment plan in very detail and answered all my questions very patiently.

The procedure was done in one hour and half very smoothly due to her excellent skills and many years experience. I also want to thank her assistant Ana. She is very skilled too and played a very important role during the procedure. I really appreciated for everything they have done for me today. They are just wonderful professionals. I would highly recommend Dr. Wei and her assistant Ana to everyone. Thank you so much again for all your hard work today.

I got my crown done by Dr. Xu and it was very good experience. She was very kind and professional, and most of all, made it was done all at once, not even a minor adjustment ( my previous experience was re-do once and a lot of adjustment for the final one to put on).

We've been patients in Amy dental since kids had the first teeth. Dr. Mao is seasoned dentist with outstanding skills on youth teeth correction operation. My son's teeth position were corrected with little pain and just took a few months. My son said he felt lucky to have Dr. Mao as his dentist compares with his classmates. Other young doctors are all friendly and gentle. We appreciate the service here.

I was surprised that they forced me purchasing mouth rinse after the clean for 15 bucks, that was kinda of a shock. Never heard of that before.

My husband were afraid of deep cleaning because of the shot made he swallow before, but Dr Shu are using gel this time and he felt great after deep cleaning.

The reception lady looks like 60+ was really rude. I had my appointment for 2nd half of deep cleaning and was 10 mins late due to some emergency. Immediately when I entered the clinic and before I was about to apologize for the late, the receptionist glared at me and criticized "Look, you're 10 mins late, don't know it's a 30 mins appointment, how do you expect this to be done now?!" I was shocked and kept silent, then she continued to complain and didn't ask me what's going on, until she said "do you want to get your teeth cleaned or not xxx" (still very bad attitude), I said no I don't want to.

I walked out and didn't want to give this place a second chance, no customer should be treated like that, despite my insurance plan is really good I am pretty sure they can get good money from the insurance company. I had 1 regular dental cleaning and half deep cleaning done with Doctor Xu, Doctor Xu is so nice, really gentle and very patient, I very much appreciated her and feel like she is more of a friend than a doctor.

However the staffs here are not so customer oriented, they're just rushing up on everything and don't care how customers feel. I would recommend doctor Xu, but this place No way!

The dentist is very nice and friendly. She's so patient and provided me a lot of teeth health tips. My bf has switched his plan to here too. Clean and great customer service.

I have been treated by Dr. Wei twice and I have nothing but good words to say about her! She is very knowledgeable, caring and patient. She would explain what she is going to do and I found this very helpful. She also treated my 11 years old autistic son and this is his BEST dental visit!

Very friendly and professional, from front desk to assistant to doctor. I had injury and one of my tooth broke and needed emergency fix or else I wouldn't be able to eat. They tried their best to help me on the same day. I am very grateful. The clinic is very clean and well sanitized. One patient at a time. I feel safe having dental work here.

I have been going here for Dental work since 2003. Been very happy with the care and service I have recieved. The Dentist seem to shift around alot so you may not alway have the same Dentist, but the service has been great.

The front seat guy looks like over 60 years old so rude. If he doesn't know how to do the customer service he can stay home since he said he is the owner. Whatever who cares you are the owner or not the owner I think as a customer everyone only care about your customer service and how you treat your customer. However this guy so rude and non stop complaining.

Last time I went there because I remember the wrong date for my appointment, after I reschedule I told him I have to fix a lot teeth maybe need longer time, he said I only can give you 40 mins. However today when I check in I heard the doctor told him make 1.5 hours to her patient because he need long time to fix. Then I ask him why you can make 1.5 hours why you told me the max hours is only 40 mins.

What hell, then he said because you late last time, plus you don't have insurance that's why I only give you 40 mins what kind of ridiculous reason he give to me. Totally rude, not make sense and races. We all the Asian you just treat ppl whatever you like. Just think you are the owner then you can do it. Low. don't know how you run your business.

We've been to Amy Dental for a few years but recently had bad experience. First, we are already on our way to their clinic in the morning and called them to make sure our appointment and then found their assistant is not working that day so our service cannot be completed. If I did not call them on my own, I would only find that later when I arrive at the clinic.

Then for today, the assistant on the Sunday shift was very rude. Her attitude was totally not acceptable at all. We decided not to come back anymore. Will find a new clinic instead.

Amy dental has been our family dental provider for 10+ years! Clinic always clean and professional. Great service and especially thumbs up for Dr. Li. She is super friendly and always proving extra advice on maintaining healthy teeth. Kids like her much as well. Sometimes appointments are hard to make during weekends. Overall highly recommended!

Our 6 yr old daughter loves Dr. Amy. Everytime she knows that she's going to her dental appointment she gets really excited to have her dentist check her teeth. The staff are all helpful and polite. Our family comes to this Dentist since our kids were babies. Now it is almost 13 years. I love this practice. Very clean, organized all the time. Dr. Li and Dr. Lin are the two doctors we visited most. They are very friendly and skillful. Good with kids. They speaks English and Chinese (Mandarin). We rely on their advice for all our dental health.

My 12 years old was not recommended to have brace yet, since "he is still growing, and his jaw bone structure may change". My youngest one had one tooth lower than others, they asked Dr. Mao (expert on Children dental health) to check and confirm that we do not need further operation to change it. They are honest, ethical, and kind to their patients. We never receive any surprised bills from them. Great experience with my dentists, and highly recommend them to other families with young kids.

There is a Dentist Dr. Li who destroyed my daughters' teeth. She had teeth infections two years ago. Only 2 years ago, went to 2 root cannals. The reason is there Dr. Li has no experience. My kids' teeth has spikes on them, she tried to ground them done, caused infection etc. We know this till transferring her to other dentist. Don't take your kids there.

I had a great experience with this office. Every person that works there has been awesome (from the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist). Doctor Li has very good attitude, didn't push on me at all and did provide reasonable treatment plan.

My first impression of Dr. Li was great. She seems like a friendly easygoing person to talk with. She gave me the honest suggestion overall, and mostly importantly, she did a great job on the filling of my front tooth. I gave 5 stars for now, I think it's a fair score overall, customer service, attitude, work quality all counts. Of course, this is really my first visit, I might give the review too soon, however, I'll follow up here as more trips will happen later this year anyway.

This place is awesome! I was unhappy with my old dental place so I tried to look for a new place to come. I prefer to go somewhere near my work so I can take some time off to go. Found this place on Yelp and got an appointment quickly for a week after. They have 4 doctors so they have more appointments available. The front desk lady took a short time to verify my insurance which I liked it. Came here for a cleaning today and Dr. Li was amazing.

She took her time to ask me about my health condition in order to give me the best treatment. She's so detailed oriented and took her time to discuss with me about my teeth. I told her I left my old place because they did not explain clearly to me about my treatment plan. And I liked the way Dr. Li does it to me here. I couldn't get the X-Ray I took at my old place and my insurance doesn't cover for the 2nd time X-Ray so they offered to give it free and I loved it!

Such a wonderful customer service! However I didn't take it because I had some info with me about my previous treatment plan. The cleaning was fast and they even gave me discount for my treatment co-pay. So nice of them! I should have picked this place at the first time.

I brought my daughter to AMY DENTAL in March because she is accepting Denti-calwhich is she also promoting on her window. My daughter only done the exam on the day of her appointment, Dr. Amy refuse that we make any future appointments and the reason she was giving is she won't get any money from the denti-cal because she doesn't know how to get it and she said she will gets very little money from them even it went through.

Then I was questioning why are you putting that poster on your window saying you're accepting 'white card' which is Denti-cal? She said that's because she can do more teeth extraction for elders who has white card so she can gets more money for! When I was trying to enter the raffle for win an iPad, she stopped me and said only the good insurance people can enter the raffle, white card people can't!

What a real discrimination here! I saw the other reviews she had are good from her Japanese patients. I don't doubt because I know she sincerely treated different group of people differently.

My appointments are always on time and the staff is very friendly. I have been coming here for over 4 years and I have never been told I have a cavity or any work needed to be done. It is hard to find a great dentist, but I have found one in Dr. Li.

They were helpful, friendly, and VERY AFFORDABLE! I'm so excited to find a dentist after five years without one. My son saw her today and she was very encouraging. She encouraged him to do the usual to avoid cavities, i.e., floss, brush, etc. We see her again in six months. I may try her for myself and I'm seriously considering getting my teeth whitened. I've been brushing with baking soda and toothpaste but I'm not getting the results I want. Stay tuned! Hope I win the iPad!

I'm usually not one to count going to the dentist among my positive experiences, but I went in this week for a checkup and routine cleaning, and found the experience quick, pleasant, and informative. After a look at my X-rays and examining my teeth, my dentist was able to point out problem areas--some I've known about for a while, and some new.

She was really friendly and helpful in changing the habits that would impact my dental health. Compared to other dentists I've seen, she was genuinely interested in my wellbeing! Would definitely recommend.

I had been putting off the dentist since moving from Houston due to the hectic move. I found this place out of a whim, basically noticed the practice while I was dining out at Chinatown. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me immediately and made me feel comfortable. She was quick to greet me and helped check on my insurance plan and setting up an appointment.

After going through my x-rays, I was advised to not only have a routine dental checkup, but also a deep cleaning. The doctor and assistant was super friendly, immediately made me feel at ease. I felt like I was in good hands and have nothing to worry about. The whole procedure went very smoothly. During my cleaning, the hygienist gave me a lot of pointers and explained why certain things happened and how to prevent them.

I felt that I could ask as many questions as I wanted and that the hygienist and dentist truly cared about my dental hygiene and well-being. I will continue to be a patient here and would encourage those looking for a dentist to come here.

I am my husband needed a new dentist and frankly we struggled with finding one nearby. We had problems with walking in and being told we needed for $4000 dollars worth of "needed" cosmetic work or being told they they take our insurance, but there's going to be these various out-of-pocket costs. Having the least expensive service is not our primary goal; we've just found in past experience where our insurance company had been wrongfully billed for a bunch of service we've never received with one dentist and when we found a good dentist back in San Francisco we didn't want to leave them but the drive was just getting too much.

What a relief it was to go to Amy Dental. Dr. Amy is so personable and so welcoming and so about doing what is right and what is needed. My native language is English but I also speak Japanese and it was a real treat to have her switch back-and-forth fluently from English and Japanese in our session; how cool is that! She also is a native Mandarin speaker.

I was really pleased with the service: I also got some good advice about my individualized care and something happened that I've never had happened before Dr. Amy did my cleaning not just my exam so she really took the time to get to know my mouth with my teeth. In addition she spent a lot of time with me in a personal way too. The office is brand new beautiful and the chairs have massage built into them! okay I can't say enough great things about this place. go!

I went to Dr. Lin for wisdom teeth removal (3 of them! eeck) when they starting growing crocked. Dr. Lin was able to remove them without any hassle and I didn't have much pain afterwards. After a few days, I was able to return to my regular diet of gluttonous consumption without any problems! Have been going to her ever since for fillings, crowns and etc. I really need to floss more than 2-3x a week. sigh. Will keep going back to her until someone invents nanotechnology that fills teeth and kills cavities without any pain!
